Anna Tsiupky seemed to be a newer employee, and unfamiliar with dealership policies and charges. Most of our questions either answered incorrectly, or had to go ask another employee. Video of veh unfamiliar with dealership policies and charges. Most of our questions either answered incorrectly, or had to go ask another employee. Video of vehicle was omitted showing rust on back bumper, and tonneau cover retraction drum was broken and drain tubes missing......no mention of this. Honesty of vehicle conditions makes purchase a pleasure instead of constant surprises. I was employed at a vehicle dealership 5 years and then on the other side financing for 22 years. Upfront and honesty keeps strong referrals to the dealership imperative!!! More

Terry Coggins was pleasant, helpful, 5 star if that is your best. Departments gave inconsistent information. Finance was not good and inconsistent with other departments.
