Our Sales Rep, Keilyn Michaelis, was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all, helpful! We test drove the XT4 a couple of different times and each time, she was able to answer all of our questions and offered valuable information. We never felt pressured, just informed. Kodie Cadenhead was also very friendly and helped us very much with our trade-in and new purchase. Both Keilyn and Kodie did an excellent job at making our trade-in and new purchase so easy. We enjoyed meeting many staff members at Crest Cadillac, including the Finance team too.
