Bryan Tanner told me to send a build and Wendell Tanner would order it for me. I messed up and didn't acknowledge the quote he sent, so the truck didn't get ordered. 6 weeks later (Feb. 24, 2021) I went would order it for me. Wendell Tanner was very apologetic (but it was my fault) and found me an 'almost' equivalent vehicle in Houston. Bryan called that afternoon saying it would be picked up the next day. I went by the next day and everything was handled very quickly and professionally. I could not be more pleased, or impressed, with their professionalism -- and no "upsell" of other things I didn't want. More

I dropped my Lincoln Navigator at the service center for an appointment to fix the broken window on 1/21. They did not even look at it until 2/3 and they are now awaiting parts. Covert Ford is the worst operation I have ever witnessed. I have been trying to deal with them for years now and every time I need work done I get horrible service/customer service and communication. They even kept my car for an entire day for an oil change and they forgot to do the oil change. Literally kept my car for 12 hours as I waited at work and called to tell me they didn't have a chance to get the oil change done. Spoke to the manager and he acted like it was completely normal and even recommended I take my car to Lambs Automotive for my service. My most recent visit will be my last. Years of the worst customer service I have ever seen in any industry. If you want to give your money to good people who care about their jobs DO NOT go to Covert! More
I had the absolute worst vehicle service experience of my entire life at Covert Ford. A safety recall on my 2017 Explorer that was supposed to take a day and a half per the service letter took three weeks! A entire life at Covert Ford. A safety recall on my 2017 Explorer that was supposed to take a day and a half per the service letter took three weeks! All they needed to do was replace two bolts and two nuts. I didn’t even get a update until a week later when I had to call them and make an inquiry. My customer service rep was horrible, even after I made a comment about having to call them for an update the updates didn’t improve. If it takes three weeks for two nuts and two bolts to be ordered and received, I would suggest a review and possible restructure of your parts distribution network. It makes sense to me that you would not have scheduled the service if you didn’t have the parts to complete the repair. More
There is no way that this place is going to survive with the kind of reviews I see. My dad bought a suburban he is a retired veteran literally dying of cancer and wanted to use this to enjoy the time he has at our ranch. they sold him some thing they knew was not working correctly it has been back-and-forth in the shop the radio messed up they had to put a new one now six weeks after buying the vehicle it needs a new motor unbelievable and the customer service has been nothing but crap they do not care as long as they got their money. Also the down payment my dad used was a Harley Motorcycle and that was not paid off as it should of been so my dad is currently paying that loan as well every month until they figure out the situation with the third-party who bought the motorcycle. I hope they get this straightened out very soon or I’m gonna report this motorcycle stolen since nobody has paid for this and it’s not in his possession. They’re the worst. And they don’t care if my dad is sick and drive two hours to come every week for some thing going wrong with this vehicle. They sold it to him used with no warranty offered of course cause they knew it was a xxx. Didn’t even have oil on its dipstick when my dad checked before leaving with it. Let’s top it off with an estimated quote for some body damage and then when my dad decided to go through insurance they no longer wanted to do the work! Money hungry I ltel you and I hope that everyone of these reviews reported them to the dmv More
Covert Ford has the absolute worst customer service I've experienced. To get a safety recall on my 2018 Raptor, they give me an appointment two weeks out. But then they tell you that my truck will sit there for about another week until someone can get to it; then they will call me and then start repairs. Worse, they say if I want a loaner, I need to go more than a month out for an appointment. Who runs a company like this? The Coverts should be ashamed. More
