I had one of the best, most unexpected buying experiences in my life, and I'm 74. My wife had an accident in our 2012 Prius on Labor Day. I'd been looking for a replacement and proper deal for over a month in my life, and I'm 74. My wife had an accident in our 2012 Prius on Labor Day. I'd been looking for a replacement and proper deal for over a month. The exact car I was looking for (year, make, model, trim level and color) came up on my computer. I had already ordered an identical car to be shipped to Austin from another vendor. The vehicle offered by Covert Ford was $1,315 less expensive than the other one. The only difference between the two vehicles was 8,000 miles on the odometer. I went to Covert to look at the vehicle they had, intending to use them as a straw man to get the other vendor to lower their price. I spent a total of 7 minutes with Gulsah Caylak looking at the vehicle. Decided it was perfect for us. Told Gulsah that I had to notify the other vendor and give them one more chance to reduce their price. Gulsah took the initiative to see if they could reduce the price of their vehicle--without my asking. The sales management agreed and suddenly I had "an offer I couldn't refuse." They even took another $150 off the price when I requested that the "doc fees" be eliminated, since I was willing to go to the DMV with a bill of sale and arrange for the title and registration myself. Seven minutes to purchase a vehicle that I wasn't expecting to buy at a price better than I was thinking. I hadn't even brought my checkbook. They took a credit card deposit, arranged to deliver the vehicle to my house later that day, and pick up the check then. It simply doesn't get any better than that. More

However, they insisted, ludicrously, that the car had already been undriveable when I drove it to their dealership, so that it wouldn't be their problem. They totaled my car and then pretended that it was already broken when they got it. Don't let the cheats and incompetents at Covert touch any car you car about. More

I've been in 3 times for fuel related problems. 1st time was new fuel pump at 11k miles. Towed in so didn't know the Service Manager. No call from anyone on status after 3 days. Had to drive another vehicle up there to find customer relation manager to tell me what was going on. Took about 1 week to repair. 2nd time was another fuel problem at 24k miles (took 7 weeks to get get fixed because of part backorder). They did give me a loaner which was nice, but still had to pull teeth to get updates. Less than a week later it was towed in because of hesitation after re-fueling. Very few updates. Again had to pull teeth to get an update. Turned out the fuel pump was incorrectly resulting in fuel being pulled into places it shouldnt have been. Techs didnt know what was wrong. Replaced several sensors before going back to check the work from before where they ultimately found the problems. Wont be back. More
When looking for a pre-owned car Ricardo Acosta was professional, informative, courteous and went above and beyond to make it easy to buy. Roland Duron knows the financial details to help the buyer fee professional, informative, courteous and went above and beyond to make it easy to buy. Roland Duron knows the financial details to help the buyer feel confident they are getting the best deal. I won't think twice to go to them in the future. A side note of the dealership's pre-owned sales building: it's a crowded, old working environment and doesn't seem to demonstrate the owner's care & respect of it's employees as well as customers. The first time I needed to come in was 2 months after purchasing my Lincoln Navigator. I needed a cracked windshield replaced and to schedule service. I called twice, left two messages, no return call. I purchasing my Lincoln Navigator. I needed a cracked windshield replaced and to schedule service. I called twice, left two messages, no return call. I text three times, received automated responses that someone would be in touch and no one ever contacted me. I eventually had the windshield replaced by safelite. I finally made a service appointment for regular maintenance. When arriving at the service bay I had multiple employees look at me but never acknowledge me or offer assistance. I eventually had to approach someone directly for help. The oil change took THREE HOURS. In the service bay I noticed the key had not been left in my car. Again I had to walk in to the service bay where multiple employees ignored my presence. I had to verbally ask someone to stop and assist me. Two weeks ago, when utilizing the handle to move the 2nd row captain chair forward, it broke in the forward position. *the car is 5 months old. I stopped by the service bay to see if it was an easy fix. A fix I found online, through a Lincoln notification that this was a known issue, made it seem like it was simple enough. Apparently not a simple fix. William, who was incredibly pleasant and clearly doing his most to help, said he would follow up with the Lincoln concierge to schedule the repair. Two days later and we have not heard from anyone for scheduling. Never mind that we’ve been made aware the fix to the captains chair may take 3 weeks. I hesitated to trade in my Infiniti QX80 for a Lincoln but was hopeful the Navigator would compete. I’m mostly pleased with the vehicle but the service has been atrocious and will make me reconsider replacing this Lincoln with another when the time comes. More

I was sold a car with the wrong VIN number and that created a problems. Also, Jacob Gomez (the sales manager) is a liar! nothing he said when buying the car was true. I got ripped off badly because of him. I also have a problem with their Covert Advantage plan, It seems they never have me on file, so I have to proove every single time that I have this. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I made the mistake of not comparing dealerships and it turned out to be a nightmare. More
