My 2024 Covert Lyriq recently died after 9000 carefree miles. I t was completely dead in my garage, couldn’t get in, locked out. Talking to Wade Higginbotham, the only solution was to have it towed in. miles. I t was completely dead in my garage, couldn’t get in, locked out. Talking to Wade Higginbotham, the only solution was to have it towed in. I envisioned the tow driver having to drag it out of the garage locked in park, not a pretty vision. Wade Higginbotham saved the moment by taking the time to describe in detail how to use the manual key in the rear hatch to get in and get the car in neutral for a tow to your facility. I fully expected with the condition of the car, the new technology and being late Friday afternoon that it was going to be a long haul getting it fixed - and as luck would have it –no loaners available. I was blown away the next day (Saturday) when Wade called to say the car was ready. Dan Depew worked Friday afternoon and Saturday to get my car out, with success. It was a real relief and exhilarating experience to find my car nicely washed and running perfectly, ready to go home. This situation truly refreshed my faith in the GM / dealership system and a real comfort to know Covert has people on their team that are truly customer focused with a great work ethic, willing to jump in no matter the weekend with a true sense of urgency. Thank you very much to Dan and Wade for a job well done. More

Covert bee cave was great. Unfortunately I was sold a car from Covert in North Austin that turned out to be a lemon. After 6 months in and out of both dealerships I ultimately Unfortunately I was sold a car from Covert in North Austin that turned out to be a lemon. After 6 months in and out of both dealerships I ultimately have to sell the car back to Cadillac since it does not drive right and doesn’t stay safely on the road. I am grateful for Bee Cave covert as they were 10 times better to work with than the covert in north. Being the same company one would assumed the service would be same at both dealerships but I am extremely thankful to Covert Bee Cave. More

Initial experience went well but then car was returned with cracked windshield. Service rep didn't mention it when returning the car. Once I noticed it I went back in and asked about the damaged windshie with cracked windshield. Service rep didn't mention it when returning the car. Once I noticed it I went back in and asked about the damaged windshield. Service rep said crack was there already and it must have been when the car went through the carwash. Service rep also said they don't usually mention it because people go through their insurance or Safelite. Felt pretty flippant considering I was unaware of any damage to my windshield. More
