Very disappointing experience. I drove all the way from my home to the garage and wasted a significant amount of time waiting, only to find out that they still wouldn’t provide the I drove all the way from my home to the garage and wasted a significant amount of time waiting, only to find out that they still wouldn’t provide the service I came there for. What frustrated me the most was that they didn’t even take the time to properly check the information in their system. Instead, they kept making assumptions based on outdated or incorrect information they had in their heads. I came there expecting a professional service, but unfortunately, I left without getting the help I needed Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time traveling to a garage and waiting around just because the staff isn’t willing to verify the correct information in their system. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. More
