Very disappointing experience. What frustrated me the most was that they didn’t even take the time to properly check the information in their system. Instead, they kept making assumptions based on outdated or incorrect information they had in their heads. I came there expecting a professional service, but unfortunately, I left without getting the help I needed Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time traveling to a garage and waiting around just because the staff isn’t willing to verify the correct information in their system. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. More

I was disappointed this time and thinking of going elsewhere because I spent almost $1000 on my car. However, the mechanic guy did not put one of the screws back. The good thing we stopped at the gas station to check. Had to bring it back to Mitsubishi. The manager fixed it, but he didn't apologize that the mechanic guy didn't do the proper job. Imagine if we didn't check and had to drive on highway back home, something might have gone wrong. More
