It’s nice to have a Nissan dealer close to home. It’s also nice that the dealership will drive people home and pick them up when the car is finished. But it’s not nice when the car has to come back It’s also nice that the dealership will drive people home and pick them up when the car is finished. But it’s not nice when the car has to come back because the repair wasn’t done correctly the first time. Our time is very important to everyone. When I brought the car back the 2nd time I told the work writer that my sensors were going off all the time during the bad weather we were going through and I asked him if they would take a look at it while they had the car. He made up the work order and said it would be $220.00 to diagnose the problem. I would have thought the dealership would have given me a break on that diagnosis charge considering That I was back with a previous repair that was still needing repair. A few dollars not made goes along way in the end. Most likely would have had the sensors repaired if needed and the dealer would have made more money instead of none. This is my story and this is why 4 stars instead of 5 stars. More
