Came in for an oil change. Dealership didn’t have time to wash it. I asked if all was ok on the point check, person said a low beam light was out after reading the paperwork. No one told us that prior to completing the oil service, usually tech will let you know if something need attention. Attention to detail doesn’t seem the same. Jeanie is great at front desk.
