Kody our sales guy was great. My wife and I were looking for a truck in Spokane and noticed a truck on Country Chevrolet's lot in Colville. We contacted Kody and he promptly sent us a personalized video of the truck (major points there). We were so impressed with Kody that we took the 72 mile trip to Colville to see the truck. When we got there it was just as Kody described. We took a test drive with Kody and made the deal. The 2016 RAM Limited is exactly what we were looking for. Kody has been great in ensuring that the Windshield was replaced and even took money out of his own pocket to get a sensor replaced (that was found when the truck was being loaded for delivery) - stand up kid - Please contact him if you are looking for a nice ride. Kody made this deal happen, his communication before, during and after the sale has been consistently A+. Another nice thing is that they will deliver anything you buy up to a 500 mile radius (worth the trip to see them and especially Kody). We also worked with Kevin in Finance to extend the warranty on this truck. It is an Eco Diesel with 91K miles and Kevin was able to get us into a 5 year 60K mile warranty for an extremely fair price. Piece of mind with the rising cost of car repair. Go see these folks and tell Kody we sent ya ! (Great Kid !!) -sad that there is only 5 stars to give Kody - We would have given him 10 plus 1!!!
