He was extremely nice and understanding and worked to get me into something I could be extremely happy with that would be safe for my kids low payments low interest rate but made sure I had all the warranties and coverage just in case for the next time. I am very thankful and my kids love the new truck. Would highly recommend working with Dustin and Kris. They are fun easy-going and work really hard to make sure that you get exactly what you want and need. 5 stars! More

He worked very hard to get me in a car that I was happy with, Very,Very happy. Tom was also very helpful and worked very hard to see that I was able to leave with a vehicle. The lady that did the paper work was great too. Overall experience was very positive. Iwould recommend anybody to use Country Chevrolet and Specifically Kody Freeman. More
Salesman was dishonest with us on 2 different occasions. The first included the finance department. There was a charge for a security sticker strategically (hidden) included on the initial finance rate approval form (why on this form - makes no sense unless you are trying to disguise it. The whole thing was so deceptive it was obvious afterwards. Salesman comes back from finance and kneels down behind us and said I quote "also there's this really cool thing we do with a security sticker on the door panel for our trucks for anti theft" we said oh ok. and he left. all of about 30 seconds. We had no idea there was a $300 cost associated with this "sticker" and missed it. Regardless we obviously didn't want it, and asked for it to be removed. That request was denied as the transaction was complete before we realized it was on there. On the second occasion, a service was promised from our salesman (Complete diagnostic and engine light oil sensor check for an engine light that came on the day after purchase YIKES!). We scheduled the appointment to fix the problem along with an IOU taillight replacement. When we arrived the service department knew nothing about the engine light and did not perform the promised diagnostic test or oil pressure sensor replacement. We then needed to schedule yet another half-day (missing work, plus we live 2 hrs away) to bring it back for said repair. At the end of the appointment, the service department then tried to charge us for the repair that was supposed to be a promised no-charge. I refused to sign the invoice and left the shop. The very next day, the same engine light (code) along with 2 new codes came on. We took the truck to our local shop this time to actually run the diagnostic. Turns out, your service department used an incorrect oil filter when you did the initial oil change, creating a loss of oil pressure which triggered several codes and system shut downs. After researching, it's a common failure on a dodge truck when not using the correct OEM oil filter, which I think a service department should be aware of when doing an oil change. From the beginning, this has not been a pleasant experience at all. Several obvious process problems between both sales and service could have been completely avoided in this transaction. We run a small business and understand the importance of integrity and honesty with our customers. This was not that. (We are currently working with another individual at Country Chevrolet as a followup to our feedback in another review from my wife). More
Both dealership and service dept suck! Right after purchase oil pressure sensor went bad took it in for service. They said they replaced it but then the oil sensor came back on as a proble Right after purchase oil pressure sensor went bad took it in for service. They said they replaced it but then the oil sensor came back on as a problem took it to my own mechanic to find out they use the wrong oil filter on my truck cost me $170 to Chang oil with a proper OEM filter and local diagnostic. Asked for copy of diagnostic from dealership when they supposedly changed sensor and never received. I don’t believe they did anything except wast 2 days of my life and that their so called #1 service tech doesn’t know jack about Ram trucks. I do not recommend doing business here. The salesman who worked with us stated he would have the sensor fixed when we arrived for our “we owe” work. Service and management knew nothing about the sensor issue so salesman lied to us. We are a small business and cannot afford to loose 2 working days to deal with this. No respect for our time whatsoever! More
