The dealership was clean and up to date modern inside and we were greeted upon arrival. We did call ahead to say we were coming. The car we were looking at was up front and waiting for us and Kyle our sa we were greeted upon arrival. We did call ahead to say we were coming. Everything was organized and prepared and Kyle took us through the process once we agreed on the terms. Everything was done with precision so there was no needless waiting around. If there was a little pause Kyle kept us informed as to the reason. All in, it was a great experience from the time with Kyle to the time with Onan for our financing. Kyle also, went through the set up of On Star and the Cadillac App and discussed the car and where things were and how to use them in addition to the app and its options of use. Can’t tell you when the last time someone actually did that. More

Salesman Bradley Lopez was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and process to purchase with a trade in. The entire process only took 3 hours. My only qualm is when I negotiated the price, all of a sudden the title and taxes section was able to be reduced by a few hundred dollars which should be a set amount. They said it was a miscalculation so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had things like this in the past with other dealerships. They did correct it quickly though and gave us an amazing price on the vehicle. We were out of there quickly and the process was as smooth as could be. More
