Purchasing my first electric vehicle was a big step, and while the delivery of my new Cadillac Lyriq had a few unexpected hiccups, what truly impressed me was how Coulter Cadillac handled the situation. Ironically, my journey with Coulter started after my previous vehicle was brought in for repairs after an accident. Coulter Collision Center provided me with a loaner vehicle, and before long, I found myself purchasing a new Lyriq after my vehicle was declared a total loss. When some delivery issues came up, General Manager Paul Glans immediately got involved, took ownership of the problems, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Rather than making excuses, he accepted responsibility and worked to make things right. That level of accountability is rare and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I also want to recognize Linda Daub for her professionalism and communication throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The true measure of a dealership isn't whether things always go right but how they respond when they don't. Paul and his team exceeded my expectations and made me a very happy customer. I even told Paul that because of the way he and his staff treated me, I'll be back to purchase my Escalade IQ in a few years. The day of my appointment was extremely busy at the dealership, so the sales manager, Kyle Stevens, handled everything regarding the sale from start to finish. He was fantastic in every respect. I picked up the new Lyriq 4 days later, and Linda Daub spent quite a bit of time with me getting me familiar with all of its functions. I have since had follow-up calls from both Kyle and Linda to check in with me to see how things were working out with the car, and if I had any questions or concerns. I was very happy with both of them, and would definitely recommend Coulter Cadillac to anyone. More

She was out of town the day I came back because I decided to drive an AWD dual engine EV. Francisco helped in her place and was also very helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of knowledge of charging. I was told I could use the Rivian chargers at the local mall. After calling Rivian because they didn't work. I was told GM EVs can not yet charge at the Rivian Adventure Network stations. Also the 2 years free is only at the EVgo stations. Which there are not many around me. The dealership or GM should educate them more on the charging aspects of the vehicles. More
