New Ford F-150 buying experience Our experience from beginning to end was very good. I spoke with the online person as I was looking at new Ford trucks. I had several questions and Our experience from beginning to end was very good. I spoke with the online person as I was looking at new Ford trucks. I had several questions and she answered all of them. We went to the dealership the next day and met with the salesperson. She did a great job explaining all of the features Ford had on the truck as well as all the financing options available. All was done without any sales pressure. They will not take you for a ride, and lowered price significantly and wiped a lot of the fees that normal dealers try to "gotcha" with. Barbie spent all day making sure I got the car I wanted and was very personable and friendly. Doug, the Manager was also extremely helpful and inviting.
