My Ford Edge was taken in for routine service and it was done well and we had no issues. My wife took her Edge in that afternoon and picked up mine. She had an appointment for the next day so everything should have been in the computer but the service person at the desk, Mike, told her something entirely different from the routine service it was scheduled for. He just needs a little more attention to detail. The correct service was performed so it turned out well in the end. The Service Manager, I think her name was Mandy, was excellent. Very helpful. My Sales Rep Barbie Wagner was also very helpful when I was checking into a headlamp upgrade. More

Had warranty work for my 2015 Ford Fusion. Scheduling was seamless. In and out in a timely manor. Folks were friendly and helpful. I was in the middle of negotiating and getting financing for a car and the dealer sold it out from under me. Not to mention offering 2000 less than rough trade in value on a fair trade car. I also received this from the sales person Barbie..."All vehicles are for sell unless closed on financing and unfortunately we were not" while I understand this is true it is NOT good faith dealing. If you want to buy a car from them have cash in hand and best of luck! After all that and a days worth of Emails with Joshua I received a email inviting me to test drive the car they sold out from under me. What kind of dealership is this? More
