Very poor long distance expereince!!! To sum it up, not a good experience. Drove several hours round trip to get a new vehicle. Got there and there was already a big chip in the front bum To sum it up, not a good experience. Drove several hours round trip to get a new vehicle. Got there and there was already a big chip in the front bumper and hood was misaligned. Dealer at least got us touch up paint, but cmon…2 miles on the ODO and they said they wouldn’t work with our local Ford dealer to repair on a 2 mile car with factory body damage, leaving us high and dry on a such a long trip, WTH? We planned the trip well in advance on our end, but were also left sitting in the dealership for a few hours to complete a simple 10 minutes of paperwork that should have been ready to go beforehand. Finally, the tipping point… we are writing is because the finance manager, Jim, will not return email or VM messages. Since we are out of state we told him when signing the paperwork where specifically the title needed mailed so we could register the vehicle in our state, per our DMV. Guess what, after 3 weeks the title never arrived at our DMV and neither Jim, or Andy the GM will return our messages. TOTALLY unacceptable and completely unprofessional for any sale, let alone a $50k+ vehicle. More
