Waited almost two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and lightbulb replacement and only left with an oil change. Was told they don’t have the special key to get my tires off my car for the rotation, but and lightbulb replacement and only left with an oil change. Was told they don’t have the special key to get my tires off my car for the rotation, but at the two previous oil changes they didn’t have this issue. I also never got the lightbulb replaced because Infinity brought them the wrong bulb twice, so they decided not to do it after that. More

I called later and spoke to sales because I decided I wanted to see a SR5 in person and spoke with Ethan. About 5 mins after the call I get a call from Brad who proceeded to chew me out because I spoke with Ethan. I told him my schedule would only allow for me to come last night. Then Brad proceeded to chew me out because he was off at 4PM and was mad because he would have to rearrange his schedule. After all of that I expected Brad to be at the dealership...nope.. he pawned it off to Ethan. Ethan was high pressure and wanted to run credit without even talking numbers or even know what they wanted to give me for a trade. I wasn't happy with those numbers and the manager proceeded to come over and pressure me to take the deal I wasn't comfortable with. When I was ready to leave I had to deal with their irritation that they didn't get the deal. *** Pro Tip- make sure you get a trade in offer from Carvana\Carmax so you can see how much they are ripping you off **** This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to purchase a car. Fairly good until I found out they changed me for the PULSE they added to the vehicle before we even seen it. The price of the vehicle was $30590.00 as is. After all was said and done.
