I scheduled my first oil change and even though I had an appointment it took them 1/2 hour to check me in and then wanted to tell me all the services I needed based only off my mileage. Don has been nothing but exemplary when attending to my needs. He was kind, courteous and helpful through the entire process. It is hard to come by service levels like this from any business in Colorado Sp needs. He was kind, courteous and helpful through the entire process. I took my vehicle to be serviced and they told me my battery was bad which was 6 months old kept the car all day when it should have been a quick turn around while I waited. later said they got the two battery was bad which was 6 months old kept the car all day when it should have been a quick turn around while I waited. later said they got the two batteries confused and mine was actually fine. Then another story evolved when I called to complain. They said the guy didn’t use the right code when he hooked up my battery. I guess we couldn’t have double ch eked before I left my car there the entire day? Magically , it’s the only time I haven’t received a review to complete in my emails about my service because I made a complaint. I also tried to look at a new car while I was on site. I asked them where the new Land Cruisers were and the guy didn’t get up off his butt he only pointed down the hill saying we have a few but they are not available ! terrible service all the way around ! More

Gary is on the ball, respectful, good under pressure and will get things done. He will tell you, "I am not here that day". He respects himself. When he is here, he is 101%.
