Corwin Ford Spokane - Service Center

This was by far the worst service that I’ve ever had from Ford. I bought my car from the dealership in 2013 brand new and have always had it serviced and taken care of here. Leadership and management has changed, and I am very disappointed with the care that was provided to me and my car for being a loyal customer. I had a scheduled appointment in the morning at 7:30 , dropped off my car, and expected to hear from someone at some point during the day. I never received a call, update, or notification of what was happening with my car. I took Vaccine vaccine no, that’s vaccine another time. Stupid stupid pediatric how can I help you? OK OK OK OK poor thing. OK what is Madison’s birthday? it in for very serious concerns, and was never updated. I had to call at 4:15 PM for an update and was told by the secretary that they were going to be keeping my car overnight to try a cold start. It was totally unacceptable to assume they could keep my car overnight without talking to me and telling me what was going on, as I am a healthcare professional that needs my car upon arrival my service advisor was unhelpful and had not gotten to any of the concerns that were asked to triage on my car. The only thing that was done was an oil change. However, I was charged $400 for an oil change in a triage, and there was no answer as to what was wrong with my car. I don’t know it needs to be done, but I am very disappointed and I still have a car that is shutting off periodically on its own While running. Would be nice for follow up or for someone to respect my wasted time . More

Jeff was sure to keep me and my wife informed about what was going on with my truck. And when the part didn't come in on time, he made sure tell us of the following procedures and showed empathy for us bein was going on with my truck. Kolten was a great person, very respectful and explained to me what was done. I have other associates handle my claims that I was not pleased. ALL approved work was completed perfectly and as soon as parts arrived. I was especially thrilled to have use of rental car, at no expense to me.
