The truck was returned after 4 months for the same issue. Was quite unhappy with Corwin Ford after the first attempt but decided to try one more time. This was for a now well known issue with the 3.5 Ecoboos Was quite unhappy with Corwin Ford after the first attempt but decided to try one more time. This was for a now well known issue with the 3.5 Ecoboost engine. Long story short I was now dealing with Ashton, a different service rep. The level of service was excellent and my planned ‘visit’ with the service manager wasn’t needed. I will definitely return to Corwin Ford and ask for Ashton for my truck service as long as I own the vehicle. Not happy with Ford quality anymore but that’s a different issue. More
