Quite satisfied My wife and I needed a used car to replace her Saturn. We found a car that was pretty close to what we were looking for on the website. We decided t My wife and I needed a used car to replace her Saturn. We found a car that was pretty close to what we were looking for on the website. We decided to give it a try even though it involved an almost 2 hour drive. We ended up buying the car and have been satisfied with it. The price was fair and reasonable. When they cleaned the car they replaced the battery and terminals with no prompting from me. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and fun to talk to and Torrie was professional and efficient. I paid cash which helped move the process along of course. We received the title, plates, and registration in the mail about two weeks later, just as promised. Hopefully, a truck won't run over my wife's car again but if that happens, I would start looking here first despite the long drive. Do your homework before you go shopping and you'll have a less stressful experience no matter where you go. BTW, I liked the Ned Flanders look alike and the showroom music was great. More

The Worst place that I have ever had to deal with My mother-in-law and I were lured to the Corallville site with straight out lies on the price of a vehicle. We were told that they had 3 that fit the My mother-in-law and I were lured to the Corallville site with straight out lies on the price of a vehicle. We were told that they had 3 that fit the description of what we were interested in. When we got there, none of the vehicles were available on site. We were told that they would have one on site in 20 minutes. One was at the other location and one was not available to be sold as it had not been inspected yet. "But let's see if we can find something for you in the meantime"....As we were doing that, the price was mentioned. The vehicle that they were in the process of bringing from their other location was suddenly DOUBLE what they had told us via their chat option on their website. As we are questioning this, they try to turn it around and blame us for the misunderstanding! At this point we realize we had been very purposefully mislead. We had driven over an hour to look at the vehicles so then we try to negotiate on the doubled price....HA yeah right!! They did try to sell me a pile of crap SUV with a TON of miles, however! This place is nothing more than a scam operation! I would never step foot on their lot again and will advise anyone that I know of not to as well! More

Great car dealer I bought a used car, Toyota Sienna 2004. It is excellent! Large luggage space, nice interior and exterior, sun roof. He brought me to DOT to get an ID card because I'm a foreigner and don't have any identification like SSN. And also he helped me contract with insurance company because I had only international license at that time. It seems to be difficult to contract by person with only international license. In the condition that I will get DL in Iowa as soon as possible, the contract becomes valid. Anyway, he was doing a lot of work for us, even when he's in day off! I strongly recommend this "Coralville superstore". More
