No Pressure Gave quality of work a low grade because the detailing was not up to par but I don't think they have their own detailer. There was a coating of something on the wheels that you could scrape off with your fingernail and crumbs, small papers. Coming from someone that hates to wheel and deal these guys were great. I also thought that I could walk away for any reason and they would have found a car for me. Very nice young men and I will go there again. Oh, I forgot, still need an owner's manual! More

so shady they should be shut down. Worst experience I have ever had, we only had choices between to cars and when we went to pick there was only one choice, higher interest rates then p Worst experience I have ever had, we only had choices between to cars and when we went to pick there was only one choice, higher interest rates then promised, they called up and told us if my wife didn't get a phone that days they would have to repo the car. I will never buy another car from them again do to the fact there all lairs that will tell you anything to buy one of there cars. So not worth it. More

Great service! Lots of attention to detail.They made sure I was happy and got a car I felt safe in. Matt took extra time to find me an excellent finance package. It actually brought tears to my eyes that he I was happy and got a car I felt safe in. Matt took extra time to find me an excellent finance package. Came by the store just to look at vehicles, and Joe worked quickly to get a list of vehicles in my price range and in no time we had a quality vehicle ('07 Dodge Nitro) with low mileage at the payment worked quickly to get a list of vehicles in my price range and in no time we had a quality vehicle ('07 Dodge Nitro) with low mileage at the payment I wanted. Then, sales worked in both gap insurance and extended warranty into the price for only a few dollars more a month, incredible! You had to be a fool not to take the deal. I bought a car from there around 3 months ago. Salesman were nice and they seemed like the care. WARNING: That is all a show!!! Within 3 weeks of buying the car the transmission went bad. I brought it back were nice and they seemed like the care. WARNING: That is all a show!!! Within 3 weeks of buying the car the transmission went bad. I brought it back and asked them to get it fixed free of charge...they were able to do so and came back and told me that the transmission was fixed and shouldnt happen again. THAT WAS A LIE!! Here i am 3 months later without my car. I went in on 7/16/13 told them that my car has been having problems i need a more dependable car. They took it for a test drive didnt feel anything (even though i said it was happening) they told me to drive it to Chicago anyway and i would be fine. Upon their request i did because i had to get there somehow. 5 days later i come home from my vacation to a non working car and stranded 4 hrs from iowa city. The engine would start and shut off finally got it going and started the journey home. Along the 4 hr journey home the engine light was flashing, the transmission light came on (happened before), the A/C stopped working, Car shut off right when i entered iowa city, popping/scrapping started in the right wheel well. Next day car wouldnt start and i had to get a ride to the dealership. Told the i need a dependable car and Michael Eden kept talking about a plan they will put me on the plan in their eyes is put me in a more expensive vehicle and have to pay off the equity. Not willing to work with me!! TERRIBLE SERVICE from Michael Eden. TERRIBLE, OVERPRICED, NON-RELIABLE CAR. DO NOT GO HERE RUNNNN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE !!! More

Everyone there was very helpful. We needed a car very badly. Scott went out of his way to pick me up at the VA. Then he made sure that I was able to buy a car that was able to drive home.
