I had a appt. to have a new tire put on. Steven who was wonderful set everything up during the week and even confirmed the tire was there for my appt on sat. Was t to have a new tire put on. There was question whether was covered under warranty. They couldn't figure it out. Little after 8 I told them it's fine they can reimburse me, I just want the tire on because had to work. 9am rolls around I tell them I have to work I can't be late I have a wedding to run and still needed to get ready. They tell me 15min I said what is going on. They said we are trying to figure warranty, I already told you I don't care put the tire on I will pay for it worry about the rest later I have to get to work!! At this point I am basically in tears. My boss had called was not happy was going to be late. You can't tell a bride O I am sorry the corridinater isnt here you cant start your wedding! I ask for the service manager he was rude and said he have to check. Comes back says something about sensor being off blah blah. I asked to please give me my car!! Why would it take 2hrs and 20min to put a tire on a car! The ladies at the desk were trying to be helpful but the service manager was just plain rude and could have cared less that I was going to be late to work no apology just walked off!! This is the second really bad experience I have had with them!! I wish I could give the names of the 2 ladies that were trying to help at least they understood the urgency at that point! The service manager didn't even give me his name and never apologized nothing, unexcusable and 100% unprofessional. I understand it is really hard to get good help now adays many businesses are suffering. No excuse to have poor mangment. Copeland should really reconsider who they put in management positions! More
Stay as far away as you can! !!! Wasn’t given proper information when purchasing the care, delivered me someone else’s car, tried to rip me off $750 on the trade in vs what was ag !!! No one from management contacted me- I had to reach out to them. Then the GM promises me he will make it right by getting me into the car I actually wanted at the same price due to the issues I experienced to find out my payment would be increasing by $140 a month!!!!!!!!!! What a xxxxshow! More
Worst car service and dealership in Massachusetts please do yourself a favor and go to a different toyota dealership. The drive and the gas spend to go to a different one is worth it. You wont have to deal with unprofessional people that doesn’t respect your time. I had my car at the service shop since 7am for a DIAGNOSTICS. No one called me or let know when my car was done called the service department multiple time and send text messages to my service advisor but no one answered me or get back to. I had to call multiple time the next day to find out my service advisor left work early that day. So no one had the decency to call me and let me know the situation about my car. Felt the service manager did not respect me or my time. They only care about the $149.98 they charge me. Bad customer service More
We went in without an appointment to look at a used truck. We were warmly welcomed by Steve. No pressure, no gimmicks. Be careful when you are in to get your car serviced. They forget to do certain things because they know that you will have to pay more the next service when they stop paying at a certain mileage. They neglected to do an alignment and also neglected to service my car when I was in for an inspection sticker at 30,000 miles. I do not recommended this dealer. More
Watch out for the trade in values. I brought car to Car-Max and their value was 5000 more than Copeland. If i sold car then and there i would have no car. So i went to another dealer who did NOT charge Car-Max and their value was 5000 more than Copeland. If i sold car then and there i would have no car. So i went to another dealer who did NOT charge over invoice and he or she gave me the number Car-Max gave me. everyone at Copeland is friendly. No complaint there. They just don't give you value on trade in. I would seriously tell people to get a value from Car-Max. They try to give you a value over the phone but I suggest they see your car. I bought another car from Copeland and was happy with everything except the service dept. did not listen to me. i brought car to another Toyota dealer and Toyota told the dealer to go forward with the fix . (Toyota recognized the problem and had a fix). Only reason I bought cars from Copeland is they had some cars to sell both times. This drought of cars is not as bad as the late 90's but same situation. More
Worst experience ever. Showed up at my scheduled appointment to buy a used car to be told they just sold it. No phone call nothing, then to be shown the car with the sold sign on it - Thank you but appointment to buy a used car to be told they just sold it. Unless you have another one just like it stop wasting my time. Drive by this dealer twice a day and I'll keep driving past as they have no idea how to win a new customer. More
My family has been buying vehicles from Copeland Toyota for over 20 years. My most recent purchase is a 2018 RAV4. The salesperson that helped me was Saled Chahoud . He is a truly genuine person. My opinion is that Copeland Toyota is reliable, efficient and a good dealership. As long as we are well cared for , we will continue to buy vehicles from Copeland Toyota and from Saled in particular.
