I have been using this Subaru dealership for over 10 years now despite changes of ownership and until now have been pleased with the service. Yesterday I went for my 36K mile oil change and tire rotatio years now despite changes of ownership and until now have been pleased with the service. Yesterday I went for my 36K mile oil change and tire rotation. Following said tire rotation, they informed me of a nail in one of my tires and quoted me $860-1100 for a full replacement set of 4 tires! There was no offer to wait on this ultimately unnecessary tire rotation or discount either service, so I took my business elsewhere from there. And was later told that my other 3 tires were just fine and replacing the others was a waste of $. More
