I like Copeland Subaru and I liked working with George Costa, but I would’ve liked the ability to buy a car with fewer features than more. It seems to me that a car dealer should not ignore people like m Costa, but I would’ve liked the ability to buy a car with fewer features than more. Dealership is a very clean, comfortable building. Employees are great. I was not told the reason getting financing was because the value of the car was less than the financing requested. I would not have bought the car if this had been disclosed. up front before signing my name. I have received notice from the two other banks declining to finance due to this reason. In addition, the car was not washed (detailed) as is the usual practice at other dealerships I dealt with in the past. Some how the Audi was not taken out of my ownership and shows up on my quote from MAPFRE as vehicle #2. All in all, this ended up not being a positive experience. Hopefully servicing will be better.
