The service at this Copeland Subaru dealership truly is the "ultimate customer experience". The service staff has that healthy mix of professionalism and friendliness. They even seem downright happy to be working there. I was impressed last year how they were "on it" and knowledgeable when I came in for an air-conditioning recall. They even checked and took care of other extended warranty/recall issues while they had the car. This week, I scheduled an appointment to take care of a DCM extended warranty issue, where my battery kept losing charge. Michelle asked me a few questions and explained exactly what the problem was. They fixed the problem and even provided me with a new battery. In general, I'm extremely impressed with the spacious, well-lit, efficient service entrance. Because the dealership invests in having this efficiency, there is always a service staff member who is available to take care of you right away. I also noticed that the service staff really work as a team and easily keep in touch with each other regarding needed service, parts, and briefing customers on service progress. I know excellence when I see it, and I appreciate it. More
I was pleasantly surprised at the return home and pick up service you provided. I expected only the ride home. I usually find this dealer provides excellent service, but on my last visit I experienced particularly exceptional customer service. My service advisor was Michelle, and she went above and beyond to assis but on my last visit I experienced particularly exceptional customer service. My service advisor was Michelle, and she went above and beyond to assist me. Her communication was frequent, accurate and professional. When it turned out service could not be completed in one day, she set me up with a loaner, and stayed late to make sure all requisite paperwork was in order. No small feat since I had left my wallet at work. All service was completed as promised the next day. Great team effort, as usual!! Thank you Copeland Subaru!!! More
Ordered a part, paid for it and told it would take maybe two days to come in. That was 10 days ago. Called today and spoke with the service person, Michelle, who said she’s check on it and call us right bac two days to come in. That was 10 days ago. We have been going to Copeland for service ever since moving to The Cap over two years ago. Everyone there has been friendly, efficient, and skilled in their work.
