Always friendly and work is done promptly. They didn't end up charging me the 179 to diagnose my truck.. the sensor cost 7 bucks!! They didn't have to do that but it was much appreciated. Absolutely awful. Actual criminal behavior. I took my car in for an oil change and a check engine light. They returned to me a list of things wrong that came to $7,296 Actual criminal behavior. I took my car in for an oil change and a check engine light. They returned to me a list of things wrong that came to $7,296.57. More than half of what I paid for it. (I bought it from them less than 2 years ago.) They said the only things that would have been covered under warranty was void because it was my fault. They claimed lack of maintenance/oil change (recommended oil change is at 6k miles, I have only put on 3.8k miles), and lack of use (I drive it several times a week, and it has never sat unused for more than 2 weeks). I took the car to an independent mechanic that my family trusts, and guess what, the only thing needing replacement was the solenoids. It came to $305. Copeland blatantly lied to my face about so many things. They told me my brake pads were down to 1/4. The trusted mechanic said the rear pads look nearly new and the front are at maybe 50%. They caused me a huge amount of distress from this. Weeks of uncertainty, thinking my car was scrap, that they had SOLD me a scrap car. I live on fixed income and have only that one car. Absolutely screw them. Not only will I never be going back (who cares about the remainder of the warranty if they are going to try weasling their way out of it), but I will be actively turning away/warning anyone I come into contact with that is looking for a car or car service. I'm strongly considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and may even look into legal action. I don't want to ever hear from them again unless it's to refund the $277 oil change and diagnostic they charged me that my mechanic said could have been done for $75. More
