Made appointment 9:30am Night drop and asked for a 2pm pickup Program keyless entry remote and inspection sticker Called at noon and service advisor said the just found keys in night drop and truck is pickup Program keyless entry remote and inspection sticker Called at noon and service advisor said the just found keys in night drop and truck is getting inspection sticker (lie) called at 1:30 and truck not even in shop I showed up at 2pm and had to wait 1/2hr to program remote and NO inspection sticker What a joke More

My experience was with the Service Department. A couple of the reps are polite and positive, but others seems to lack in understanding of how to greet and communicate with customers. When making my appointment, I was told it would only require me to wait an hour, Ms. H. Harris, when doing intake, realized that it would require a wait of several hours.
