Buying a new car is stressful, and when you go to a dealer, you always hope that you get a great salesperson. David is that guy. David took the time to answer all of our questions very throughly in person, and was very responsive via email as well. Day one, we visited the dealer lot for the first time, and David came out to greet us. We saw a car on the lot we liked, and David spent quite a bit of time with us that day going over all the details. He also had an appraisal for our trade-in done the same day. Day two, we finalized everything, dropped off our trade-in, and drove away with our new 2023 Trailblazer. Now that’s customer service. Well done to David and everyone else at Copeland Chevrolet. The purchase of the car went well. I’m not happy with what happened after though. I brought the car back to get the door fixed, and upon picking it up, realized the door was never fixe I’m not happy with what happened after though. I brought the car back to get the door fixed, and upon picking it up, realized the door was never fixed. A quick “fix” was applied to stop the door from hitting the front panel. That lasted all of a day, and now the front door is back to rubbing the front panel, and I’m not driving another hour each way to get this “fixed” again. More
