Very efficient visit. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Actually arrived 15 minutes before my appointment which was not a problem. A very pleasant lady named Michelle was my service person who was very polite and welcoming with a nice friendly smile and very efficient. She directed me to the waiting area which is very nice and clean. After approximately 30, Michelle came to the waiting area with my keys and invoice and showed me where my car was parked.
