Dealer said there were two possible solutions, the second being much more expensive. They could have taken advantage and said the more expensive was necessary. I wouldn’t have known. Dealer did the right thi being much more expensive. They could have taken advantage and said the more expensive was necessary. I wouldn’t have known. Head gasket failure at 36,000 miles required engine replacement that took total of 12 weeks to completion. Turbocharger failed and repaired under warranty within 2 miles after picking up, engine repla replacement that took total of 12 weeks to completion. Turbocharger failed and repaired under warranty within 2 miles after picking up, engine replacement was never road tested upon completion. After turbo repair I took to my mechanic to check over. He found a loose starter bolt. Stalled again within fifty miles after second pickup. Mechanic came to my location and found a separated battery connection to engine block that had not been securely fastened.. I hope this is the end of car troubles. GMC did participate in engine replacement at 50% and the dealer provided an appreciated loaner car. I am happy to have my 2016 Buick Encore back. I will trust that it is finally properly repaired after I have driven it more miles. I plan to only drive close to home until then. I am a senior citizen and the 3 breakdowns was nerve wracking!! In real life everything is never perfect and things happen. One that is overlooked is GM/Chevrolet. Their treatment to Dealers / Customers leaves a lot to be desired. They use options etc... on vehicles that to cover their back say when parts are available and they use it to actually screw the customer giving them not what they were expecting. Some times it is caught other-times not. Did it go smooth for me no, but we worked it out and it was stuff that the dealer had no control on. Wi-Fi was the problem that drove me and 2 sales people crazy to fix....On Star was another road block in the issues too. George M., David E. deserve a gold star next to their names for not getting frustrated and trying without giving up. Me too...hee hee. And the big change to the dealership was Bryan Scarpellini, I knew that was our ace in the hole for help if we couldn't fix the situation ourselves. That in itself gave me a plan B for help. Super job Copeland Chevrolet. More

I got a service airbag light come on the dash so I made an appointment right away, brought it back in and just by coincidence (same day) it was the other airbag and of course had no relation to the work that Copeland has performed so unfortunately they couldn’t help me. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to use or recommend Copeland Chevrolet. More
Although they fixed my problem with my transmission quickly, I’m not convinced that at 80,000 miles I needed a new transmission. I strongly believe they took the quick and most expensive route. My faul quickly, I’m not convinced that at 80,000 miles I needed a new transmission. I strongly believe they took the quick and most expensive route. My fault since I was stuck with the car in their service center. I was unhappy when they told me it went because I didn’t change the fluid at 50,000 miles. I pointed out the owners manual says 72,000, the advisors response was we don’t go by the manual, we have our own standard. More
