Extraordinary Service I thought I had checked off I would wait when I made the appointment on the web. When I got to the dealership, they thought I needed to use the shuttl I thought I had checked off I would wait when I made the appointment on the web. When I got to the dealership, they thought I needed to use the shuttle. It was a major service job--120,000 miles--and would take a long time so I took the shuttle home. They called me in four hours to say they were finished and the shuttle could pick me up right away. The car didn't need the extensive work recommended so my cost was half the original. Frank at the service desk was courteous and helpful in explaining everything to me. More

No Follow Thru I tried to buy a Volvo from a salesperson who was very nice but in the end we weren't able to get the job done. The car took a while to come in after I tried to buy a Volvo from a salesperson who was very nice but in the end we weren't able to get the job done. The car took a while to come in after being ordered which was fine but we didn't get any updates so finally called after 3 months and the salesperson said it was scheduled to come in to the lot the next day! Ok well 4 days go by and no update so call again, it didn't make it on that shipment but was now scheduled a few more days. I asked if we could finalize the numbers. Long story short that took a week to do and we even stopped by the dealership to try to get the final numbers and the response from the receptionist was that the salesperson was busy and they had no idea how long it would take. They didn't offer to try to find out if they would free up quickly or if there was someone else that could help us but just shrugged their shoulders at us. We decided to try and wait a few mins and after 15 mins just left. Finally got a call 10 mins before the dealership closed with the numbers - I said I had to think about it and got back to them the next business day that I decided it was going to work. Now I can't get them to call me back to get my deposit refunded - it's been a week. Just a really strange experience. More

Great Service Experience Brought in my 2013 Volvo S60 in for 40,000 service. Appointment made by phone and scheduled for a time convenient to me. Service manager explained upfront everything that would be serviced and approx. time it would take. Service department noticed that I needed rear break pads, called me to confirm the service and how much it would cost so there was no suprises. Service was completed on time. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked if they could also install a new battery. They did so promptly while I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee in their waiting area. I could not have expected better service. I purchased my Volvo at this dealership and can honestly say that the sales and service experience has been great! More
