Easy and professional I took my car in for the routine 40,000 mile check. I was previously offered a loaner car as it would be a lengthy service. I decided to wait in the waiting room rather than drive back and forth. It was comfortable in the waiting room. I was also offered a desk to sit at so I could work while there. Emergency service done promptly and done well Required replacement tires for my 2016 S60R, and what I thought would be one of the rims. I had blown a tire out of state late Friday night. Unfortunately my vehicle did not come with a spare, nor a temporary donut(only reinflation device). Saturday AM I had vehicle towed to a ZVolvo dealership less than 1 mile from my car. This dealership went the extra miles locating a replacement tire for me(235-40-19) Not readily available. It took them six tries to find one. While I waited I contacted Connecticut’s Own and related the story. I was told to bring my vehicle in Monday morning, where 3 additional new tires were waiting for me, and work was done assessing the damaged wheel. I was furnished a loaner without having to ask, and my car was back in my hands in less than 24hours, with 4 new Michelin’s and a repaired rim/wheel looking almost new Ct’s Own has consistently performed beyond my expectations. This is why I have owned Volvo automobiles for over 30 years More
