Our sales Rep Eric Sowers did what he could and help us as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! We trusted Bobbie’s and Robert’s word giving us a better rate and de as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! We trusted Bobbie’s and Robert’s word giving us a better rate and deal they stated . And Bobbie stated we can use our own but Robert during paperwork said they would never except outside financing. we already had set and approved with our financial at lower rate . We were there from 1:30 to after 7 pm. Robert made a personal stated which we did not take lightly .Our money must not be as valuable to us as his is to him bc we did not buy into protections. The vehicle is full of smoke which Eric said it was detailed a filter change but it is still overwhelming as we are non smokers that should have been taken care of when you received the vehicle. The Buick side gave us 2 oil changes but we live 70 miles one way. So gas would cost us that much to even use I wanted to buy a vehicle with a pleasant purchase. It became a nightmare unfortunately. I truly hope the owner of Conley actually reads this Not pleased Gid Bless and hope we get a reply More
My husband and I were visiting Florida for the winter. When we first arrived Our GPS/Satellite was not working properly and OnStar recommended we have it checked out. I was told by the receptionist that someone would call me back to make an appointment. No one ever called back. This past Saturday a display light came on the dashboard indicating there was something wrong with the cooling system. OnStar ran a diagnostic test and indicated we needed to have this problem taken care of immediately. I once again reached out to Conley Buick GMC, only to be told by the receptionist that the service manager was busy would call me back. It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard back from them. I will never call Conley Buick GMC again and I would never go to them to buy a new vehicle. Their SERVICE department needs to be trained how to return calls. Very poor. More

Purchased a new 2020 Sierra Denali and inquired about procedure needed to tow behind my motorhome, within a 2 week period I called 5 times and spoke and left messages trying to get answers, finally reach procedure needed to tow behind my motorhome, within a 2 week period I called 5 times and spoke and left messages trying to get answers, finally reached one of the owners Chris Conley who happened to be the rudest and least helpful of any I’ve spoken to, they won’t help you after the sale and evidently don’t care. I’ve read the other reviews and wish I had read them before I went to Conley GMC. Buyer Beware @ Conley GMC. More
My husband and I took our 2009 GMC Sierra there to have our Drive shaft replaced, Matt from the service department told us that they werent able to get a GM Part which is what we wanted, we were told by Ma our Drive shaft replaced, Matt from the service department told us that they werent able to get a GM Part which is what we wanted, we were told by Matt in the service department that it would be months before a GM Part was available and that they only way to fix the car was to go with an aftermarket part, the part they wanted to put on our vehicle cost almost double than the GM Part we wanted, our bill was over 2000.00, not even a month later the drive shaft was leaking and making noise I contacted Conley and spoke with Seth who told me to take it to the nearest GM Dealer to have it looked at, by this time we were over 2 hours from this dealership and it wasnt safe for us to drive the vehicle back to them, the dealer near me got us in Monday Morning, the GM dealer called both myself and Conley and stated the drive shaft needed replaced, Randy from conley fought with the dealership and myself and refused to pay for the part, Randy stated that he wanted me to pay 1200.00 to the new dealer to put a GM Part on and then bring him the bad part to decide whether or not I would get reimbursed from Conley for the broken part, at this point I filed a complaint through GM because of the lack of willingness to fix the issue i was having, Conley refused to communicate with the GM Reps, even after several phone calls and also wasnt communicating with the new GM Dealer, Randy was rude, condescending and completely unprofessional when I did speak to him on the phone, he very rarely returned phone calls. Randys unwillingness to communicate effectively with all parties in regards to fixing the issue with the defective drive shaft, drug out the repair of my vehicle for 3 weeks, leaving me with over 600.00 in rental car expenses, bc my son was admittedtothechildren's hospital. If Randy would have put the GM Part in that was initially requested my vehicle would have only been in the shop for 1 week. I sent an email request through the dealerships website to have an owner contact me which as of today still hasnt happened. I will never reccomend this dealership to anyone, especially with the issues that I have had to deal with. More
We appreciated the professional, efficient and courteous service we received at Conley. We first saw the used vehicle on carfax.com and contacted the dealership. We spoke to Zach who said he would let us know when it was available for sale after inspection, detailing and prep. He contacted us a few days later as promised. We went to the dealership in the late afternoon and were greeted by salesman Kevin who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The deal was right and both Kevin and Kyle made the sale experience easy and efficient. I would recommend this dealership to our friends. More
