My husband and I have purchased three new trucks and one used truck since June 2012 from this dealership. We have been moderately happy with our purchases, but not that all details went smoothly. Today was used truck since June 2012 from this dealership. We have been moderately happy with our purchases, but not that all details went smoothly. Today was our first occasion to use their service center and to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. We took our three week old truck purchased from there in because we were having trouble with our trailer braking system on multiple tagalong bumper pull trailers we own. This truck (2014 Denali 1500 crew cab 4x4) has an integrated trailer brake system and we were not comfortable making any changes to it ourselves due to the Computer system it is controlled by. The trailer we were trying to tow worked with no complications on our 2 other 2013 1500 and 2500 trucks purchased new from this dealership, but not this one ( brakes would not release). We dropped off our truck at our 9:30 apt and were told it might take awhile to take a look at so we walked to a nearby restaurant and ate breakfast. We then returned about 1:15 and were told the truck was still not ready and offered a rental vehicle. Everything was fine. Before we left the service technician (Jamie) spoke to us about the fact that he couldn't really test the vehicle unless he had a trailer to attach. So we offered to return with a trailer from our house (30 minutes away) and return so that they could test vehicle. We later returned with trailer and dropped it off. Later in the day ( near 4:00 we received a call that the truck was finished and we could pick up. I then returned to dealership with the rental car to return. Once their they took me to the truck and trailer and proceeded to show me that the wiring harness on the trailer was wired incorrectly. The service technician alternated two wires( blue and red) in the harness and assured me all of our other trucks and trailers must be incorrectly wired. Not that we have ever changed any of them since factory settings with the exception of one older ford truck. I then was advised that I needed to check out at the cashier. I asked why cashier and I was advised I had a nominal bill of 148.50 plus tax due for their repair and that this was not covered under warranty since they repaired our trailer. I was NOT happy we never gave authorization for these services or the fees involved. I am astonished at the price they charged to alternate to wires in a trailer plug and that they would do so with our owner authorization. So now I am home and our trailer does not work on any of our other vehicles and I have returned the wires to their original position. So, I am no further ahead than I was this morning and Conley Buick GMC has received my payment for their unauthorized service. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle at their dealership or have any service performed. I will be sure to let any of my friend and family the do NOT treat you like Family as their slogan states. Sincerely, Karen Neal More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I got funny feeling during negotiations with this dealership that they are not decent people and as another reviewer mentioned, they do not like to answer questions directly an negotiations with this dealership that they are not decent people and as another reviewer mentioned, they do not like to answer questions directly and play games. Fortunately I am the type of person who can see through all the crap and did not purchase a vehicle through them. Subaru dealers are generally trust worthy but this dealer is not. They tried to actually charge me more than what they were asking on their site. They did lie and would lie to anyone and now they did not sell a vehicle and I did not get one, actually two because I was planning on purchasing an suv as well. Owell, plenty other dealers in the sea! More
I would never do business with this dealership again, not even to get an oil change. We were told several times that Mike McDonald, the sales manager, approved $24,000 for our trade-in on a 2012 Sierra truck even to get an oil change. We were told several times that Mike McDonald, the sales manager, approved $24,000 for our trade-in on a 2012 Sierra truck. After 3 days in the dealership, and multiple conversations where Mike McDonald evaded direct questions, we were only given $22,000 for our trade buried in our contract, on one little line. We were never shown a written appraisal sheet and nobody ever went over the numbers that fed a monthly payment on a lease with us, although we asked them for it several times. We went by their word that they were giving us $24k for the trade. We were told that multiple times. It turns out their word was a big, fat lie. They now have our black 2012 Sierra Extended Cab, fully loaded truck with only 12,000 miles, for sale on their lot for $31,900. Between the trade-in and the price of the Terrain we leased, they will make about $5000-7000 off of our deal. They refuse to rewrite the deal with the correct numbers or give us $2000 back. We were ripped off and lied to. This dealership uses the old "bait and switch" technique. They bait you to come back in, and then switch the numbers. The sales manager, Mike McDonald, will talk to you all day if you want, and in essence - really tell you nothing. To quote Mike, he's "the master". Dealerships are generally shady, but Conley Buick GMC takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and either don't do business here, or make sure everything little thing they say is in writing in your hot little hands. Don't take their word on anything, not even on a rebuttal to this review. More
After being scammed at one other place in town for Brakes (from which place I left to get another opinion at Conley) I suddenly found myself thinking....HMMMM, this feeling I am getting is just WAY too fami (from which place I left to get another opinion at Conley) I suddenly found myself thinking....HMMMM, this feeling I am getting is just WAY too familiar. Same tactics, only NOW, different problem. The brake place was going to charge me 700.00 for Brakes, your place charges me $170, but now all of a sudden I need new HEAD GASKETS and 13 hours of labor, AND they also REPLACED MY TIMING BELT and other things with out asking me. But as DON said, didn't he show you? (where the oil was leaking under the engine), which you couldn't see up under the car in some tiny hole....see that?, he says.... I'm like...see what and where?!?! But, tired of being scammed, and thinking I could TRUST the SUBARU DEALER from the last place that tried to scam me, and hoping that the dealer would not do the same. What about the leak down test, did they do THAT? NOT. Total: after being totally stupid was 2098.00. My car didn't have any problems, NEVER ran hot, no smoke, no oil leaking, (I change my oil regularly and have the paperwork backup). I was also told that this was a "common" problem with Subaru's. Hmmm.... why am I purchasing "quality" if you should be expecting your head gaskets to blow at 60,000??!! What is this? I will never return to your place EVER again. I will also let EVERYONE know, by way of internet options, that I will NEVER recommend anyone to use your facilities. Especially to women. Tired of being scammed for the last time. More
Dan Brickey is an asset to your company. He helped me buy my 2011 Gmc terrian recently. He was so nice and helpful. It was great to work with a salesman who really showed that he cared that he cared ab buy my 2011 Gmc terrian recently. He was so nice and helpful. It was great to work with a salesman who really showed that he cared that he cared about getting us what we wanted and what we could afford. He was the first salesman I have ever worked with that actually knew about the vehicle he was selling. Even after signing all my paperwork, Dan spent an additional 45 minutes with me showing me all the features in my car. He could have easily shook my hand and been on his way, but he didn't. It was greatly appreciated. I will definetely recommend Dan and your dealership to my friends and family. Keep up the great work Dan! More
My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Conley Buick GMC when purchasing our 2011 GMC Acadia. Mr. Dan Brickey was our salesman and he was outstanding from the beginning. The car was for my wife Buick GMC when purchasing our 2011 GMC Acadia. Mr. Dan Brickey was our salesman and he was outstanding from the beginning. The car was for my wife and he treated her as my equal which was a refreshing change from a previous car buying experience. Mr. Brickey was very knowledgeable and listened to our comments/desires throughout the process. Additionally, he worked very hard to find our vehicle even though it ended up being located outside the state and their were not very many vehicles available in the color and options we wanted. Overall our experience was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Dan and the staff at Conley Buick GMC More
