Body work I brought my GMC Terrain to Conley because paint was peeling from my front bumper. First purchase from Conley I went to Conley to test drive the Canyon and Acadia. Also did a 24 hour test drive of the Terrain. My second vehicle from Conley Last week I took delivery on my first, ever Buick! The staff at Conley Buick-GMC were really wonderful in helping us to make that move. Tom Johnson Last week I took delivery on my first, ever Buick! The staff at Conley Buick-GMC were really wonderful in helping us to make that move. Tom Johnson made us feel like family in explaining the features of the Encore, had us each test drive the vehicle and brought us back to the office to work out the financials. He was very patient and worked out several sets of figures to allow us maximum choices. I went back two days later to sign all the papers and actually take delivery. Tom then sat in the vehicle with me, and showed me how all the "buttons" and "switches" worked and what they were supposed to do. He even hooked up our cell phones so they can be used inside the vehicle without taking our eyes off the road. More
It was not! The first advisor pass me along to a female advisor, never was told I was being pass along. The character of both did feel right, but I felt I was not given the attention mentioned on advertisement or from Brian. The truck was not returned to me in the same condition. Truck came back from service with oil on the hood, oil on the driver side door panel, and oil on the bumper. Now the salesman I purchase the truck from said that the service department was top notch. Brian called me to let me know that I would be treated right. Right is not the word I would describe. The truck came with free maintenance for the first year. I would not have been happy if I had to pay for service this bad. Now I had visit the shop before and I was treated with the same service. This is not the service that heard this dealerships is known. I was distance to a degree; when ask I said it was yes or no. But to get treated as if I am the victim; this is not good customer service. Lastly the floor mat was left inside the vehicle. Sorry I know great service and that was not it. More

Who is in charge! Are the phones out of order? Called and made an appointment for airbag safety recall. I was told parts were there and was scheduled for 8:30 on July 8. Arrived to check in and was told that they had to order the parts. They had used the last 3 sets on 7/7. Certainly, I was scheduled to have the work performed, an appointment was made and parts should have been pulled and if not, associated with an upcoming customer . If parts were not available, then a phone call surely was in order. Inventory control has been around for a long time along with customer service. You appear short in both areas. Dino Casciola More
Would not honor agreement made through email I am an out of towner looking to purchase a super duty and Conley had what I was looking for. After a week of back and forth email and phone negotiati I am an out of towner looking to purchase a super duty and Conley had what I was looking for. After a week of back and forth email and phone negotiations we came to an agreement on price out the door. I still have said email, on Monday heading to get the vehicle I was contacted by the Internet manager saying he made a mistake and that he couldn't honor that price. I told him its in writing and that they need to honor it a difference of 600$. I was called back by the used car manager who told pretty much he didn't care what anyone wrote he wouldn't honor it and the price was 45000$ out the door. Had I put a deposit on said vehicle for a hold over the phone then decided to back out I bet they wouldn't return my deposit stating we had an agreement that I broke. Double standard there, I especially like the shop at Conley where we treat you like family. Don't do business with these xxxxxxxx. More
