Been here a few times for service. Overall good experience. However, last time I went, it took them 4 hours to swap out a couple valve stems and do a tire rotation. However, they gauged huge marks in my back left wheel that they said they’d take care of. It’s been 2.5 months and they have yet to call me back to set up a time to fix their mistake. I’ve even called back 5x to try to get a hold of John, my service manager, and it’s the same old song and dance: he’s not available or he’s waiting on a loaner. Absolutely disgusted with this experience. More

Normally when buying a vehicle in the past it has taken hours/days of back and forth to get a “deal” or even fair offer with a trade in. Not at Conley! We were immediately offered a more than fair offer for our GMC Canyon trade in! Eric Purdam (Sales Manager) made sure to get us a great deal without any hassle! My Car was dropped after a collision on December 30. Today is March 23 and have no word on when my car is goin to be ready. After waiting patiently week after week I was told last Friday 3/17 (after I called) that my car was going to be ready next Monday (3/20) and they will call me back to pick up. Today 03/23 and still waiting for the shop to call me. This is the worst car body shop repair experience in my life, very stressing and if you need your car serviced or repaired look elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. PSD I cannot give a review on the shop repair, until I get back my car who knows when. I don't have great expectations. Hopefully I am wrong. I cannot stress enough to say look elsewhere. At least not for body shop. More

Just bought a new truck at Conley Buick GMC and it was well worth the drive to Bradenton. Ask for Kurt in sales, he's new to the area, but he made the process very easy.
