It's definitely worth the drive to purchase a vehicle with Bobby at Conley GMC. The rest of the staff at Conley GMC are also very helpful. This dealership is family-owned and definitely worth checking out when you're in the market for a new vehicle. (I've purchase cars from other dealerships before, but I really wish I had dealt with Bobby Martin at Conley GMC for those purchases). More

Bobby went out of his way to show us multiple vehicles to find the right vehicle for us. We did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase this vehicle throughout the whole process. Normally when buying a vehicle in the past it has taken hours/days of back and forth to get a “deal” or even fair offer with a trade in. Not at Conley! We were immediately offered a more than fair offer for our GMC Canyon trade in! Eric Purdam (Sales Manager) made sure to get us a great deal without any hassle! We were out of there in less than 2 hours! Bobby made sure to get our truck detailed, full tank, and the technology all set up with us. Please Ask for Bobby and Eric when you go there! They are both wonderful and will change your views on purchasing at dealerships! More
My Car was dropped after a collision on December 30. Today is March 23 and have no word on when my car is goin to be ready. After waiting patiently week after week I was told last Friday 3/17 (after I called) that my car was going to be ready next Monday (3/20) and they will call me back to pick up. Today 03/23 and still waiting for the shop to call me. This is the worst car body shop repair experience in my life, very stressing and if you need your car serviced or repaired look elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. PSD I cannot give a review on the shop repair, until I get back my car who knows when. I don't have great expectations. Hopefully I am wrong. I cannot stress enough to say look elsewhere. At least not for body shop. More

Just bought a new truck at Conley Buick GMC and it was well worth the drive to Bradenton. Ask for Kurt in sales, he's new to the area, but he made the process very easy. Bought a 2019 Buick Encore from this place. Salesman was Bobby Martin. Thought it was a nice smooth deal. I called Bobby right away, he assured me they would fix it. I told him I was going out of state for an extended period of time. He told me to call when I returned and they would fix it. I was out of state for 3 months. It was longer than anticipated due to a death in family. I just returned, took the car in, and was told it was too long. It would be $400.00 to fix it. Said he only made $28.00 commission on the sale. Like I am going to believe that!! Not the straight up guy I thought he was. They do not stick to what they tell you. Very dissatisfied and will not go back. More
Our sales Rep Eric Sowers did what he could and help us as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! We trusted Bobbie’s and Robert’s word giving us a better rate and de as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! And Bobbie stated we can use our own but Robert during paperwork said they would never except outside financing. we already had set and approved with our financial at lower rate . We were there from 1:30 to after 7 pm. Robert made a personal stated which we did not take lightly .Our money must not be as valuable to us as his is to him bc we did not buy into protections. The vehicle is full of smoke which Eric said it was detailed a filter change but it is still overwhelming as we are non smokers that should have been taken care of when you received the vehicle. The Buick side gave us 2 oil changes but we live 70 miles one way. So gas would cost us that much to even use I wanted to buy a vehicle with a pleasant purchase. It became a nightmare unfortunately.
