Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 high country from this dealer, while the sales staff were very helpful and polite, the dealership has dropped the ball, and I would be very cautious about buying from this dealer, while the sales staff were very helpful and polite, the dealership has dropped the ball, and I would be very cautious about buying used from this dealer. The truck I bought was purchased from an auction, not traded, and they did Not go thru the vehicle, not even clear GM manufacturer need for service, but submitted a document to me that all was done, as of today, when actually talking to GM, I was told that this most definitely should have been done, upon getting to know the truck, I discovered that sever options did not work, and after taking the truck to another dealers service tech. They discovered that there were disconnected electrical connections that had been separated, intentionally, I don’t understand why this would happen, and sold without any notification to the buyer, and if it had been checked out in service, they would have found this issue, thankfully all is working fine, but is this the kind of dealer you want to deal with, they claim to be #1, Just FYI, I am not a beginner, I have bought over 79 trucks, and as of today, GM, is looking into my claim, on this dealer, maybe they won’t be #1 for much longer, just be careful, there actions don’t match there dealer rating. You will see this post in several places, and on some blogs. And the only intention is to make the buying public, especially on the west coast of Florida, impacted by multiple storms, Don’t be taken advantage of, do your homework. More

Had a recall on my GMC 2013 2500 HD for the airbags. Called a month ago, they said they didn't have the parts but took my information and said they would be in touch. 1 month later I call back and they Called a month ago, they said they didn't have the parts but took my information and said they would be in touch. 1 month later I call back and they tell me to just schedule it - it only takes a few days to get the part. I schedule, take vehicle in, halfway through the day they call to tell me my dash is cracked? Huh - wasn't when I brought it in, funny same spot where the recall part needs to be installed. I just bought this truck 7 months ago and certainly would have seen if the dash was cracked. I pick up truck and air bag sensor keeps going off? How do I know if they even did the work besides the crack in my dash? No proof - just their word. Not happy - service was not good. Now not sure if airbag is still an issue. More

Disappointing Service Department at Conley Buick GMC I purchased a new GMC 2500HD Denali from Conley Buick GMC in Bradenton, FL, back in 2022. While the sales department was fantastic, the service departm purchased a new GMC 2500HD Denali from Conley Buick GMC in Bradenton, FL, back in 2022. While the sales department was fantastic, the service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. Trying to get someone from the service department to answer the phone or schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. On one occasion, I was broken down on the side of the road and couldn't get through to them. I had to take my vehicle to another dealer (Sunset), where it sat for over a month before it was "repaired." Unfortunately, Sunset refused to do the job correctly, so I had to have an independent shop fix it. Recently, I took the vehicle in for a recall on the tailgate, which was opening by itself while driving—an incredibly unsafe issue. After finally securing an appointment, they disabled the tailgate completely and said they would contact me when the part was available. That was two months ago. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, they never called me back. After complaining to GMC directly, they verified that Conley had the part in stock and assured me Conley would contact me shortly. I did receive a text from Conley stating they had the part and would contact me the next day to schedule the appointment. That was 22 days ago, and I've heard nothing since. When I finally reached them today, they claimed the parts were not available. While I understand they didn't manufacture the vehicle, their responsibility is to fix the issues. Better communication and responsiveness from their service advisers would make a world of difference. Unfortunately, as it stands, I can't recommend Conley Buick GMC's service department to anyone. More

You know, I’ve been at Conley’s several times, oil change, tire rotation, etc.. and they’ve been very good at what they do. However, this last time, I had an 10am appointment and they knew I would be change, tire rotation, etc.. and they’ve been very good at what they do. However, this last time, I had an 10am appointment and they knew I would be waiting. They didn’t touch my vehicle until 12:30pm and were finished by 1pm. No apology, no nothing. Also, the “service manager” tried to upsell me on a full set of tires by showing me a little mud splatter on the side of the tire, and telling me it was dry rot. He must have been a “used car salesman” and put him in the service department because he couldn’t cut it anymore on the lot. More
Been here a few times for service. Overall good experience. However, last time I went, it took them 4 hours to swap out a couple valve stems and do a tire rotation. However, they gauged huge marks in my back left wheel that they said they’d take care of. It’s been 2.5 months and they have yet to call me back to set up a time to fix their mistake. I’ve even called back 5x to try to get a hold of John, my service manager, and it’s the same old song and dance: he’s not available or he’s waiting on a loaner. Absolutely disgusted with this experience. More
