Once we expressed our interest in the vehicle we were give all the numbers within 5 minutes and it was a very good price (please believe me, I have checked). The feeling we got at Concelli and, in particular, our salesman Pat Buscemi, was that we were among friends who would deal with us in a straightforward, honest way. After test driving several cars, I asked Pat what kind of deal he could give me on the one we chose. He came back with a good deal the first time. No need for haggling back and forth. (My smart phone let me know that it was a better deal than I would have gotten from the dealership that advertises its "no haggling" policy.) From the time we arrived and met Pat to the time we left after making the financing arrangements with Nick Loscalzo, we felt comfortable and at ease. The message we got was: "If you buy a car from us, not only will we take care of you at the time of purchase, but for as long as you own it". We bought two warranty plans that cover big and small problems. When I discovered a couple of dings that I hadn't noticed and a missing change compartment, I brought the car in and the problems were taken care of. No hassle, No charge. In terms of standing behind the product and wanting to keep us happy, Pat Buscemi, Nick Loscalzo, and Conicelli Toyota have us feeling as good about our three year old car as we would with a new car. It was a surprisingly good experience. We certainly recommend them. More
