Very poor experience My sales person was very pushy, difficult to work with and had very little communication through the process. Shortly after the purchase of a $15,000 My sales person was very pushy, difficult to work with and had very little communication through the process. Shortly after the purchase of a $15,000 used car I found out it had warped rotors, dry rotted tires and a broken sunroof. I gladly replaced the tires and brakes/ rotors, but when I asked for assistance on the $1,000 repair for the sunroof they we're more than happy to blow me. Never buy a car from any Conicelli dealership! More

Last Minute Service I brought in my car close to closing time as warning light indicated low tire pressure. Delighted to finally get into a new Rav4 I went in to see about test driving a Rav4 LE and ended up with a good deal on the Rav4 Limited. The only thing i could complain about was that when it came to finalizing the deal and i had asked what i would need to bring with me, there was a multitude of proofs of address etc which i wasn't informed of. This took a little longer than my expected 1 hour lunch break. The agreed monthly rate also increased slightly as the credit score i had initaially mentioned didn't align with the auto Fico credit score. All in all pleasant experience, car is great and Jacob did his best to get me above and beyond the value on my trade in.. More

I had made an appointment with Pat Buscemi because I was very satisfied with his service 3 years ago when I leased for the first time. Pat was unfortunately stuck in traffic so Dan jumped right in to get things started in the right direction. Once Pat arrived he and Glenn worked very quickly and efficiently to find the right vehicle for me well within my budget. I LOVE the new car I was able to drive home the very same day.
