Secondary to my past experience with car dealers, I arrived somewhat hopeful, but only partially optimistic regarding the possibility of finding my preferred car at a good price and a good sales team who would create a positive buying experience. I am very pleased to report the team at Conicelli Toyota profoundly exceeded my expectations! Jacob listened intently to my goals regarding a new car purchase; therefore he was able to efficiently present all options and his recommendations. We worked as a team to narrow our search which subsequently reinforced my first choice in automobiles and we were able to confidently move forward. The Conicelli test drive experience was a perfect mix of car in-service and practical experience on the road. In the end, I fell in love with my potential new baby (the car), but I banked my excitement since we still had the toughest part of car buying ahead of us…. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by another member of the Conicelli team, Jonathan, who worked hard to offer a competitive interest rate and all available warrantees at a reasonable monthly payment, especially considering I only wanted to use my trade in for the down payment. One of my daughters is a personal banker for a major institution and the other worked several years in auto service. Before signing on the dotted line, both were able to confirm Conicelli offered a competitive interest rate and top-notch warrantees.
