Great experience. Steve & Bill were professional and friendly! I had been looking for a Corolla for my daughter and she wasn't sure what one she could afford. We had shopped with another Conicelli dealership in the past and decided to shop around first. Our salesperson, Mike Shulski went out of his way to answer our questions and even now - after purchase - he is still willing to help us by answering questions and helping us set up the many features on our new car. He also made sure the finishing touches were made to our new vehicle! Finance Manager Luke Beyer and Finance Director Joe Sabatini, were equally patient with our seemingly endless (and sometimes repetitive) questions! Mike, Luke, an Joe were all friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable about all of their vehicles and those of their competitors and ensured the best deal possible! Mr bisch handled all my questions and concerns with the highest level of professionalism & concern, which made the buying experience more pleasurable. Not only did he provide in house customer service he made several follow- up calls to see if there were any other concerns or questions I may have had. I recently purchased my third car from Conicelli - and this won't be the last! I went to trade in my 2007 Odyssey for a 2011 one. We were looking to decrease our monthly lease payments. Not only did Mi this won't be the last! I went to trade in my 2007 Odyssey for a 2011 one. We were looking to decrease our monthly lease payments. Not only did Mike help us find a great deal, he was open to us looking at the Sienna as well. We ended up picking the Sienna - because it was a better choice for our family. No pressure either! Conicelli definitely takes care of loyal customers with friendly, honest service. Everyone in the dealership said hello - and two different sales associates helped install our bluetooth before we left the lot! They also have a great children's area. Buying a car can take some time, and with young kids it can be difficult. The staff at Conicelli was very accommodating and our kids were comfortable the whole time. Thanks again for another great experience! More
This was my second purchase from Conicelli. Unfortunately, I had an accident and totaled that car. Because of the great work Nate did for me the first time, I decided to go back to him this time. Again, he went out of his way, looking at all the options available to me, and he found another great deal for me. When the car was prepared for me to pick up, I happened to notice that the front bumper had a blemish on the paint. He arranged to have the bumper painted, and some other minor scratches buffed out. He made a very stressful time for me almost painless. THANKS, NATE!!! More
Terrible dealership, condensending staff. Really wanted to purchase a Toyota Corolla, but couldn't get a straight answer. Asked for invoice price of vehilce and it was like talking in another language. They said invoice price is not availabe to consumers, when you can get it right off the internet from Edmunds. I left and they called me and kept pestering me about buying a car. I just wanted a straght answer...how much the car would cost. Kept getting double talk. Decided to go to Conicelli Honda to look at Civic's and got the same condesending treatment. They treat you like you have no idea what is going on; did get a price for a Civic, when I tried to negotiate, their response was take it or leave it, if you don't buy the car, someone else will. I was very serious about buying a Toyota or a Honda and was treated like a child who knew nothing about the car buying experience. I left and went to a VW dealership and purchased a vehilce the next day. I will never consider Conicelli even though I think Toyota's and Honda's are great cars. More
