Even though it was almost after hours, he went out of his way to call insurance companies to ensure that I could driv he was immensely helpful to me. When contacted through the internet, this was one of few dealers that actually gave us some numbers. They worked with us over the phone and gave us an incredible price on a lease for a Rav 4. I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left side wheel area. They fixed the squealing (frt brks) and free of charge fixed the balance of my frt tires. While they need to work on their customer area (dirty bathrooms, no soap, dirty mechanics fumbling with the coffee machine that's for customers), I cannot say anything bad at all about what really counts - the fix and good service. The guy that saw me out took his time explaining everything and put my concerns to rest. Finally, brought the 4Runner out onto the highway and it was like the day I bought it (55k+ miles ago.). They're not the most polished by they've never failed in many visits to do what they're supposed to do - they listen pretty well, explain everything with no pressure to get more optional service, and fix the car the first time and get you back on the road.
