I would like to take the time to praise Frank Lynch and the people of Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken. Recently, I purchased a certified pre-owned FJ Cruiser. During the decision process, Mr. Lynch the people of Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken. Recently, I purchased a certified pre-owned FJ Cruiser. During the decision process, Mr. Lynch was helpful and very knowledgeable with respect to each of the vehicles I looked at. He even took the time to review the method purchase that I would make (i.e. finance, lease). In order to accommodate my schedule, he met me on his day-off to help with the transaction. During that time, we test drove several different cars, and went over the different ways to purchase the vehicle based on my driving patterns and budget. This purchase was the fourth car that I have purchased from Conicelli dealerships, and probably the most pleasurable of those experiences. More

On 7/12, I met with Sylvia at Honda to look for a new lease/car. I was then introduced to Iain Sturrock who would be by salesman. Iain spent a lot of time that is spent on paperwork sitting with me and guiding me though the process, which was greatly appreciated because you can end up spending hours at a dealership waiting. When I got into the finance office with Luke, he was very friendly and professional. Luke made the entire paperwork process light and easy. He was also friendly to speak to as well. Overall, what made me rate Conicelli so high was Iain's service and skills. He is an asset to your dealership! More

Today I purchased a Highlander from Conicelli Toyota. Each step that I took towards purchasing this vehicle was completed with staff that was clearly customer focused. Using Conicelli's internet website, a novel based approach for me, was made easy with the direction of TJ. TJ supported, guided and appraised me as he introduced me to Car Buying 101 via the internet. I was encouraged to take my time research each and every car that interested me to assure that i was making an educated decision. Once I decided on the type of car that would serve my purpose now and in the future, I was introduced to Ray Hoisington who made the process of purchasing the car cost-effective. Ray collaborated with me and was motivated to see me drive away in a "new Highlander". Finally, Joe Sabatini finalized my car buying adventure in a most professional manner making sure that I understood Conicelli's obligations to me, the customer. The fact that Conicelli service was totally customer focused will definitly make me a loyal customer. I went to Conicelli on the recommendation of a friend. I was greeted by 2 of the managers - Dave Kahn and Rick Hauk - who were very nice. While I would love to have purchased a new car it didn't seem practical or in my budget - but he did point out that I could get a a new "used" car - it WAS practically NEW - - a 2010 Toyota Camry. Love Love Love my new car. This car has all the bells and whistles without breaking the bank. AND I didn't have the experience of a pushy salesman, or one that didn't want to work with me because I didn't want to spend a fortune. I wasn't rushed and I appreciate that. I chose to go to Conicelli Toyota Used Cars because I constantly hear great things about them, such as how kind and patient they are. I was looking for a hybrid, so a Prius was my first choice. Rick Hauk took his time and patience to show me the advantages of a Prius compared to cars such as the Honda that I was trading in. After hearing the advantages and the mpg that it would get I decided to get make the purchase, if I would have gone else where I do not believe I would have gotten the excellent treatment that Rick Hauk showed me that day. I push everyone I know to chose Conicelli when looking for a new car, and I will not shop anywhere else. More

I have been buying my cars from Conicelli Toyota used and new since 2006. Bought my "used" 2006 Scion XA from them in 2006 (the car had barely 50 miles on it). The body shop did an amazing job in repairing the car, only for me to total it on Mother's Day in 2006. On to my next "used" car from Conicelli. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla S (with barely 400 miles on it). LOVED both of these cars. LOVED my transactions for both of these cars. Pat was my salesman, Bruce did the financing and Rick Hauk was the manager. All great guys who helped me tremendously. Husband purchased his Cadillac SRX from Conicelli Toyota's Used Car lot - - GREAT DEAL!!! Sadly - with my history of accidents he won't let me drive this amazing car. Great price, again great experience with the sales dept, and the car is AMAZING!! Last year I traded in the Toyota Corolla S for my first brand new car - a 2010 Toyota Corolla - the salesmen for that car were Dave Terpoilli Sr and Dave Terpoilli Jr. I was in and out - another great deal and sale from Conicelli. I have never taken my cars anywhere else to be serviced/inspected. They are very reasonable and have never pushed me into buying anything that was not needed. While I love my 2010 Corolla - I am looking for something bigger - and of course I will be getting it from Conicelli in Conshohocken!! They have great managers, sales teams, their financing department is great and the service and body shops are amazing!! More

Best service anyone could ask for!!! I was in an accident and my Lexus got swiped from the drivers side front panel all the way to the rear tire. I couldn't believe the damage. George Leigh took care of me from the second I arrived. I was basically in tears, but he reassured me that my car would be better than new when I came to get it. I was so upset and my car looked so bad, I didn't even think GOD would be able to fix it! George had the Concelli shuttle service pick me up from their collision center and drive me a quarter of a mile up the street to get a rental car. Concelli hooked me up with a beautiful 2010 or 2011 Toyota Camry (paid for by my insurance Co.) while my car was in the shop. When my car was done, I almost started crying again! They are miracle workers!!! My car looked Brand New! It literally looked better than the day I bought it! There wasn't a single dent anywhere and they must of washed and waxed every crevice inside and out! I was in utter shock! They surpassed every expectation once could possibly have! Conicelli is the only place I have, had, or ever will buy a car or take one to be repaired! Thank you George Leigh & Tom Bemiller for fixing my pride and joy! More
