I am a slow thinker and an even slower decision maker, especially for big ticket items like a car. Gregg was extremely patient, listening to my needs and concerns as well as describing to me the different features available among the different makes and models available at their dealership. I test drove at least four vehicles and Gregg was willing to show me more cars if I wanted to with no pressure to decide. Joe was wonderful too, calming my jittery nerves by not rushing me and by explaining the various warranty upgrades available at closing so I could make an informed decision. I was almost in tears at the thought of trading in my beloved 2003 Highlander but I now have every expectation that my new 2011 Highlander will be as good to me or better than the one I left behind! This is my second Toyota from Conicelli and if there is to be a third, it will come from them. More

All in all I would absolutely, positively recommend Conicelli Toyota Conshocken, and these three gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota!
