LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, HIDDEN DEFECTS Worst dealership I have ever dealt with...They had a decal on windshield hiding a chipped windshield...., Salesman lied about every thing, all fluids Worst dealership I have ever dealt with...They had a decal on windshield hiding a chipped windshield...., Salesman lied about every thing, all fluids had not been filled and checked, new brake pads had not been installed, soft top in back seat was not like new, had cracked back window and ripped top, 3 stripped lugs on front wheel, serpentine belt shot, rotors, shot, oil bypass valve broken, tie rods and drag link shot, all shocks and springs had to be replaced, hard top had crack that had been touched up and hidden, windshield wipers rubber glued back on, exhaust y tube broken bolts, new exhaust had to be installed 3 weeks after purchase, has been nothing but a major money pit but was told a 21 point inspection had been done and this Jeep passed flawlessly...WHAT A TOTAL LIE........ overcharged sales tax..Completely ignored my wife, very disrespectful managers......Total incompetent dealership.... Turned in a formal complaint to Chrysler Corporation....Worst Chrysler Dealership ever...... More

Jim helped with the trade-in of my Ford Escape, working to get the financing just right. It was completely hassle-free and Jim worked to get me exactly what I wanted in a price range that I could afford. I never felt pressured and he went over every detail and answered every question. Absolutely recommend this dealership but more than anything I recommend working with Jim! More
