We told him the type of vehicle we were interested in, which they had on the showroom floor. He gave us a very detailed walkthrough of the vehicle and answered all our questions. We then test drove one on the lot. Again, no pressure whatsoever, which was very much appreciated. After the test drive, we sat down with Jason and started the purchase process. It really could not have gone any better. Once we decided on an agreeable price, warranty, and term, we were approached by Bill Kellar. Unlike previous experiences of buying a car, we were not escorted into one of those intimidating finance offices, Bill came to us with an iPad like device, showed us the number, and that was pretty much all there was to it,short of signing the papers a few minutes later. Once again, no pressure to purchase anything additional that we didn't want, quite a refreshing experience compared to how some dealerships are. Before the finance portion had even begun, Jason already had our new vehicle in the garage being prepped for delivery, along with a full tank of gas! While waiting outside to transfer our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one, we were approached by John Anderson the dealership manager. He seemed to be juggling about twenty different things as we watched him running around the lot, but that made no difference, he stopped everything he was doing long enough to introduce himself and to make sure we knew how much he appreciated our business and to reassure us that if there was ever anything he could do to help, he would be there for us. The entire experience, from walking through the door of the dealership to driving off the lot with our new vehicle, is without a doubt the best experience I have EVER had buying a new car. Thanks again to Jason, Bill, and John.... You have a very happy new customer. More

We decided to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle we thought we wanted and Jake handed us off to Brian Wells. After driving what we thought we wanted, we decided that it wasn't what we wanted and decided to drive the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and it fit our needs perfectly. The buying experience couldn't have been any better and I would highly recommend Community to anyone looking for a vehicle. Brian and Jake were very attentive to us and made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. Thanks again for helping us with our purchase! Debbie & Moe More
My wife was in need of a new car but we were a bit aprehensive about going to a dealership as my personal expreience with dealers has left a lot to be desired.. after finding a car that the wife had m aprehensive about going to a dealership as my personal expreience with dealers has left a lot to be desired.. after finding a car that the wife had mentioned on line I decided to call about it.. this is where Hector comes in. He answered all my questions, wasnt pushy at all and was very freindly. We decided to make the 45 minute drive to see the caliber in person... We were met by Hector and discussed what we were looking for, He pulled the car up front and we took the car for a test drive.. well lets say the wife was not really impressed with the caliber ,then I noticed a 300 that I knew she would like. Once again hector was super accomdating and she drove that one. My wife was bit worried the 300 (even though Hector and myself knew that was the car she wanted)was out of our budget so Hector took the time to do the numbers on both cars and after that we had questions about a different 300 so he got the numbers in that car, all the time with a great, freindly attitude (I know I would have been annoyed at us at this point, lol) which before he could even come back we decided that one wasnt really for us..long stort short Hector got us into the 300 for less than whar the caliber would have cost us.. I would recommend him or anyone at the dealership for that matter. All were very freindly. We loved the laid back, casual feel of the place and never felt pushed or bullied into buying, you know the feel you get at the suit and tie dealers.. A+++ More

Jason Clark was our salesman and he eagerly would bring each car out in front of the building so we could do a test drive. Before we left he showed us different parts of the dash board and told us how they worked. It was the first time a salesman took the time to explain the car before we left for a test drive. We first thought of a newer used car but he suggested the possibility of a new car. He explained the advantages of a new car vs an used vehicle. Our credit is on the mend so we thought a new car was out of the question. The three employees worked and worked to find us the best rate. They gave my husband and I time to talk things over and we NEVER felt pressured. I have to say it was the best experience we had when looking for a car to purchase. More

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford F150 truck from Community for 12K. It was a very nice truck in good condition. I finalized the purchase and went in the next day to pick up the truck. On the way home an engine problem stopped me cold, I had to pull over. I called the dealership and John Anderson, Community's General Manger, immediately took charge of the situation. He had the truck towed back to the dealership, checked out and repaired. It was a big repair and one that I technically could have been stuck with. As a result of this experience, I highly recommend that anyone who wants real old-fashioned customer service and a dealership that puts its customers first, you can't go wrong doing business with Community. This is the second purchase we have made from this dealer. We also purchased our Dodge Ram truck in the spring of 2012. We had two different salesmen for each purchase and both were excellent. W dealer. We also purchased our Dodge Ram truck in the spring of 2012. We had two different salesmen for each purchase and both were excellent. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the of the employees. Not only the ones we were working with but also the others in the showroom. We also had our 2 yr. old grandson with and several of the men stopped by and talked with him. That made us feel good also. I don't remember the one manager's name but he had a grandson with the same name as our grandson and he did not hesitate to meet our requests in negotiations. I would recommend this dealer very highly. More

When I refused to fall for this typical sales tactic, the sales manager then began talking to me in a condescending and demeaning tone. When I decide to leave, they did not even thank me for coming in. I could not believe how rude these people were. I would never consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again, and I hope that anyone else considering this dealership will avoid them at all costs! More
Mike Shean is a very informative sales person. I learned a lot about used car shopping. He found the car that was the perfect fit for me and he went out of his way to find that fit. I never felt pressured a lot about used car shopping. He found the car that was the perfect fit for me and he went out of his way to find that fit. I never felt pressured and that was refreshing. I would recommend this dealership and this salesmen to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car. Thanks, Mike. I love my Honda! More
I really appreciated both Larry's and Ryan's help with my new car purchase. I had shopped around quite a bit when I found this vehicle, but even before Ryan sent me the info on this vehicle, I had decided I new car purchase. I had shopped around quite a bit when I found this vehicle, but even before Ryan sent me the info on this vehicle, I had decided I wanted to work with Community. Everyone ai dealt with throughout the process was very fair. Other dealerships I spoke to seemed like they were trying to keep me poorly informed.about) he vehicle or pricing, and, as poor Larry learned when I kept him there 'til 8:45 Thursday night, I like to make an informed, and well-thought-out decision. I really appreciated Larry taking the time to walk me through everything I wanted to know. I will.recommend Community and Larry Schwab to other people considering a vehicle purchase. Thanks! More
