These guys were great in letting me drive many cars to help in making a decision. i was indecisive and unsure of the vehicle i wanted. Jason was patient and accommodating. Bill did an amazing job at satisfying a customer. These guys did what i never expected any dealer to do and I can't imagine many others doing. I recently purchased a vehicle from Community. Brad Kale was the salesman and, unlike other dealers, he was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Have to thank John Anderson for all the help with the Used Pontiac I bought from the dealership. The head gasket I found out was blown in the car and was going to have to pay close to 1500 dollars to fix Used Pontiac I bought from the dealership. The head gasket I found out was blown in the car and was going to have to pay close to 1500 dollars to fix it. This after only a week of fixing other minor things you expect to fix on a used car. After trying to get other low level employees to help with no luck. Mr. Anderson who from now on I will refer to as my brother, helped out by doing the most awsome thing and paying for the repair which was the honest and right thing to do. I like most people needed a vehicle for my wife who drives an hour to and from work and the gas was draining a whole in our poket. This car was to be the answer. We have three young boys in school, a mortgage, regular bills, and all the little things the government wants you to pay them for living here. Mr. Anderson not only payed the repair bill but told us how sorry he was this happened but that he felt compelled to do the right thing. Something most people would say a car dealership would never do. I will from now on throw my support behing Community Chrysler of Martinsville and if I ever have any problem that I think needs someone to care and be fair, I will contact John Anderson the man with the honest plan. I stopped in Community CDJ about a week ago just to look at some 4 wheel drive vehicles for this upcoming winter. I was approached by Brad Kale and he was very informative and nice. Usually salesmen scare you off because they're so pushy but he was not at all and made me feel very comfortable as I was just looking at the time. I had my eye on a 2011 Jeep Laredo and could not stop thinking about it for the next few days. I called Brad up and told him I was very interested and I would be back to look at it on the following Monday. When I showed up Monday he was outside by the Jeep waiting for my arrival. We took a nice test drive and it drove flawlessly! I was instantly in love. Brad did an awesome job giving me the best deal possible and even matched the interest rate I would have received from my credit union. I was very surprised with how easy it was to complete the car buying process. I did not expect to leave with a Jeep today but I am so happy I did. Brad is a great sales person and makes the car buying experience fun! Thanks to Brad and Bill at Community for making my first car purchase experience a perfect one! I will definitely tell others about Community! More
I was seeking a Chrysler Crossfire on line and put in an inquiry. Ryan called me right away with information on the vehicle. He let me take it for a test drive on a great route that had corners, hills, curves and straight away which allowed me to put the car through the test. It handled superbly and has quite a bit of punch. I received money for my trade in with no hassles. They hooked me up with a loan with a decent rate. Ryan was courteous, new the car business well and very personable. I am very happy with my Crossfire. I recommend anyone looking for a great car to get in touch with Ryan! More

We have purchased a new truck and a used jeep from this We have purchased a new truck and a used jeep from this dealership with no real problems other than some minor service problems,but,this time it h We have purchased a new truck and a used jeep from this dealership with no real problems other than some minor service problems,but,this time it has been a nightmare for myself and my daughter! Starting with the price we negotiated which was supposed to be 'OTD" out the door.when we signed the papers there were several hundreds of dollars added onto the purchase price,gap (gap insur,road hazard or something like that and docking fees.....we were also supposed to get the brakes fixed on the car. we did go back and they are supposed to take the insur fees they tacked on off but,we are stuck paying the docking fees. The worst nightmare has been the repairs that were promised to be made on the brakes. we purchased the car on 8/2 and returned it right back after the first repair and they had it almost 2 weeks from the day we bought it and the brakes are still not right! They tell me they are ok,but I think when the brake pedal goes half way to the floor before it starts to work---,to the point that you panic because you don't think they will stop you---,there is something wrong with them!Granted,they do stop you,but I know something is not right! I have been told that there is nothing wrong with the brakes , that the pedal is fine.I feel like they think they are talking to a stupid woman and can get by with this. Anyone looking to purchase a car from this dealership please be careful! Read the fine print carefully!!! And get copies of your negotiated price also!!!! o More
