Comparing used cars with new cars we decided to purchase a new SUV. With the help of Brian Kale we closed the deal. He did not push us into any thing we did not want. Was very informative about car values. Help find us a vehicle at the cheapest price and a fare value on our trade in. Community seemed to my wife and I an easy going comfortable dealership. Brian was good to work with. Thanks Brian. More

Both times these people were willing to drive the vehicle to me for a test drive - and, I live and work over an hour and a half away from the dealership. In both cases they have brought the car and paperwork to me at work. Jake Arthur was very nice but not totally knowledgeable about either the vehicle or the required paperwork. But, BEWARE OF WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP SAYS ABOUT THE OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED ON A VEHICLE THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE! In my experience, options that they showed as being on the vehicle weren't there when it arrived. The ad for my van showed photos of a second row DVD monitor and stated that the vehicle had the Media Center 730N which includes navigation.. When the vehicle arrived it has the Media Center 430 without navigation. This was blown off by the salesman as a typographic error when they entered the auto info. on the website. AS I SEE IT, THIS IS ABOUT A $1700 ERROR! Their offer - a $350.00 refund to cover half of the cost of a aftermarket rear DVD screen. Probably my last vehicle from Community CDJ. More

Brian was just an awesome guy to deal with an I think he could sense that this was the truck we wanted. This vehicle was priced better than any within 500 miles and he still was able to knock more off so w could sense that this was the truck we wanted. This vehicle was priced better than any within 500 miles and he still was able to knock more off so we could move today. He wrote of the paperwork, connected us with Bill Kellar, who was great in explaining the benefits and how the warranty would best work for us. My wife and I will be lookin again in the future and will gladly work with them again. More
We bought a used Doge Grand Caravan with a trade in. They were better than Honda with the trade in value and very fair on the van price. The sales people were not pushy and were very helpful. We totaled our car and needed another vehicle. After trying to talk with car dealers in our area we had no luck. We seen the trans sport on the internet and decided to call. Jake Arthur took my call and trying to talk with car dealers in our area we had no luck. We seen the trans sport on the internet and decided to call. Jake Arthur took my call and was very helpful, even calling me back with an update about the van. Becky and I drove down to see it. We were met by very friendly sales people who led us to Jake. Jake was great. He answered all our questions and was able to help us be able to take the car home right then. Becky and I was very impressed with the down home atmosphere and friendly staff. We definitely would recommend Community Chrysler to our friends. On behalf of Becky and myself just want to say Thank You all for your help. John Johnson More
We are second time buyers at Community Dodge. Our experience the second time was a little different from the first, seeing as how we hit a deer on the test drive of the car we were considering. Than experience the second time was a little different from the first, seeing as how we hit a deer on the test drive of the car we were considering. Thankfully no one was hurt. The dealership was very understanding, They had the damage fixed to our satisfaction, so we went ahead and bought the car. The process was very simple and didn't take too long. Brian was wonderful. He was easy to work with. WeI will definitely recommend the dealership to our friends. More

My wife and I went into the Dealership on a Saturday looking to trade our vehicle. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the salesman, Jason Clark and we proceeded to his desk. He asked us what we w looking to trade our vehicle. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the salesman, Jason Clark and we proceeded to his desk. He asked us what we were looking for and he went away from his desk and drove in a 2006 Mercury Mountaineer into the delivery room. My wife and I thought, "Wow!" we didn't have to go out into the lot looking. We test drove the vehicle and decided we liked it. We appreciated Jason Clark and Jeremy Drake for their assistance and staying past closing to help us. That same evening we heard a clicking sound and a thump. The following morning we started the Mountaineer and it made a loud thumping/clicking noise. I called and took the Mountaineer back to the dealership and spoke with Jason and he told me to drive it around the service center to get looked at by the Service Manager. He came out and listened and heard the clicking and said that is normal for the vehicle. I also told him about the loud thumping sound (sounded like a piece of junk when first started) and that it quiets down after it warmed up. I drove it back home and waited to see if it would quit and it did not. I called back and told Jason that it is still doing the same thing it was before. I brought the Mountaineer back into the dealership and the Service Center scheduled me in to get it looked at. The dealership kept the vehicle and gave me a rental in which I was pleased to get, and then called several days later and told me it was ready to pick up. I went to pick my mountaineer up and started it and heard the loud thumping and clicking and decided to see if it would go away when warmed up. I drove down the highway 37 and made it almost down to the stoplight and the mountaineer acted like it was going to die with every acceleration and when coasting down the road. So I took it back and told the Service Manager what it was doing and that it was still making the same sounds as before. They kept the mountaineer again for several days and then called when ready for pick up. I came to pick it up after several days and went to start it and it sounded the same and was acting like it was going to quit running. I went back in and told the Service Manager and he came out into the lot with me and told me it sounded okay. I told him I was not satisfied and he told me, "To appease your mind and to make sure there is nothing wrong with it, I will contact the Mooresville store (Community Ford) and have them look at it since they repair Ford vehicles. I drove it up to Community Ford and I was offered a rental car, for which I was grateful, and they looked at it. They called me several days later and told me that there was a crack in the exhaust manifold and it was going to cost 1500.00 to fix. I went back to pick up the mountaineer and drove it back to Community Chrysler and spoke with Jason Clark and told him what I just found out. He told me to go back to the service department and speak with the Service Manager. The Service Manager told me to speak with J.P. He called J.P. over to speak with me and I told him what I found out from the Mooresville store. He sat down with me and told me that it was not doing that when he drove it home several times and I told him that when I started it that evening after I bought it and then the next morning it sounded like a piece of junk. I asked if it was customary to drive a used vehicle into the dealership for preview. I only knew of new cars being delivered inside the dealership. He told me he would pay half the repair costs and I would have to pay the remaining. I told him that I was not okay with this because I just spent over 12,000.00 on it and I do not have the 750.00 to pay to get it fixed. I then took it elsewhere to get another estimate and then called back and told J.P. that I wanted to bring it back and trade for something else. I asked what he would give me appraised value and he said no because there is something wrong with it. I became frustrated and took the mountaineer back to the store and looked on the lot for something else. Another used vehicle I test drove the service engine light came on and the turn signal switch did not work. The Mountaineer would quiet down after it warmed up and I believe this is why it was started and driven into the showroom before my wife and I previewed before we bought. When I went back to look at other vehicles, I noticed other people in the lot looking at used and their vehicles were not driven into the store for preview and neither were the used cars I was looking at. I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle from Community Chrysler. More
