Great Experience After some extensive research, I found a 2013 Cadillac ATS that I just had to test drive. The problem was I found the car late on a Saturday evening. My husband called the store and the general manager answered the phone! He said we could come and see the car on Monday. That would not work for us so he stated he would hold the car and make sure it was there for us on Tuesday. Monday our plans changed and when we called the dealership we were told to come on up. They were able to have the car ready for us to test drive on short notice. We also wanted to trade in our vehicle. They gave us a fair price for our trade in addition to a great price on the 2013 ATS. The staff was very friendly even though some of them had to stay late to help finalize our deal. When we are ready to look for another car we will definitely look here first! More

Very unhappy customer! Bought an 03 Jeep Wrangler on 2/10 and within 48 hrs., threw 2 codes. Took Jeep to service on 2/21, bad converter and would order part and replace at there expense. Have not once heard from them, so I've called twice in the past weeks, still part has not been ordered and plan to call again tomorrow? Guess since they aren't having to dump fuel in it to drive and Jeep out of sight out of mind? It's not a big concern! Maybe I should make a call to the better business bureau and Jeep as well, maybe it will help out on there kick backs they receive from Jeep? John Haddix More

He helped us get started with the financing, and answered all of our questions, got the vehicle we were wanting back to the dealership in less than a day, treated us with courtesy and took care of us completely after we arrived at the dealership. Bill Keller got us perfect financing terms, and went above and beyond to do so.
